1. The manager here deserves a hero award. When roads closed and customers and employees were stranded walmart kept everyone safe. Unreal….it could.have saved amlife or serious injury. The manager deserves recognition during this unprecedented time.

2. This store is a joke; management is comprised of the most miserable, jaded, and incompetent workers I have ever come across at a Walmart. They would truly benefit from a mass rehire to remove all the old workers who act lazy and entitled just because of their age and seniority.

3. Although they filled the place with self checkout, they won’t open them! Poor selection on the shelves! If Wallaceburg can do it well, why can’t Chatham!

4. The Manager with Purple hair is a nightmare to deal with, very unprofessional and rude. Have had other experiences and witnessed her being rude to customers at other times.
   Incorrectly labled items are not given as per Government policies. My husband had proof of an item that was On sale. And Manager rudely berated him told him that he was wrong. Called to try rectify the situation after visit too the store only for her speak rudely over the phone and Trying to pawn her unprofessional actions on other employees. Would not even provide me with her name. Likely because she had been caught acting inappropriately. What happened to good customer service?? This is a bad reflection of what Chatham is about, friendly and kind community.

5. I was at this store tonight and the lines were extremely longer than they should have been. I am a retail business manager so when I noticed several exasperated ccustomers waiting for service I went to the customer service desk and asked for a management team member to be paged to the front to address the issue. The customer service desk was then opened up to help assist with the lines. I questioned the employee at the customer service counter in regards to the lack of front line service. I was informed that “people called in”. As a retail business manager I am very familiar with the issues that can result of employees calling in sick for their shifts. However, it should always be of highest priority to ensure the front line is 100% intact. This store is very well presented and always seems to be kept clean and tidy but is definitely lacking in front line management.
