What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. This is a very large Walmart Supercentre. I was surprised to see no one at the door monitoring how many people were entering. All other Walmart’s at this time that I have visited ARE monitoring who enters the store and how many. Not this one. You just walk in. It’s well stocked and even has a Timmie’s inside .Enjoy their free wi-fi. Loads of parking.

  2. So now you have to have coins to use a cart at this store. Don’t have a coin and think you can talk to customer service for help? Nope. No coins, no exceptions. Okay, so how about a basket instead? Nope. No more baskets because they claim high school kids steal them. Why would I spend my money at a place that can’t provide me a cart, a shopping basket or even a cashier to check out…? The place looks like Alcatraz. Never again.

  3. Just wanted to let people know to be careful of using the family bathroom!! I went into that bathroom because the store was relatively quiet and the main ladies room was filthy. After locking the door by firmly pressing the button that reads “PUSH TO LOCK” i was using the bathroom when a woman walked in on me using the toilet. she proceeded to be mad at me for whatever reason claiming the door was unlocked. i reported the incident to the customer service desk asking them to check the lock to make sure it’s not a technical issue, the lady was really nice at the desk and let me know they would look into it. regardless, it was extremely embarrassing and i doubt i’ll be back anytime soon which is upsetting because I do all of my shopping and pharmacy needs here.

  4. I’ve shopped here since they opened this store, I always find the floors clean and the shelves well-stocked. We also use the pharmacy for all of our prescriptions and the staff is always helpful and professional.

  5. This whole self checkout thing is getting ridiculous. They go and install all these self checkout registers that has caused lots of job loses and they aren’t even using them all! Like smarten up! a they were installed just for display! Out of the 10 self checkout on the Tim’s side they were only using 4! Walmart…. if your staff can’t handle managing more than 4 self checkout registers then provide more staff! You’re wasting people’s time with only having 4 out of 10 self checkout registers open.

This cart lock not make any sense. If the manager makes a business case looking how many people will buy less because don’t take the carts anymore they will agree that this cart lock not make any any sense. Just make me think 2x before go to this store. Yesterday I entered just to buy 2 itens, and I didn’t have coins. If I have a cart probably I spent around 200. But as I just have my hands, I bought 50 and finish my experience frustrated. Sorry that this store can’t trust in their customers to bring their carts to their place, and it is more important than our customer experience and purchases 🙁

As I was leaving this location and I about to load my scooter in the car a lovely individual named Conner offered to assist me with loading my Scooter in the car. Conner had wonderful customer service!! Absolutely amazing that there is still people in the world like Conner assisting those in need. Thank you so much for your help Conner!!! Also to add Kathryn was very helpful on how to navigate the survey. Great customer service from Kathryn. I was hoping if I did the survey I could leave a good review for both Team Members. That’s the only reason I did the survey but you actually can’t leave a customer review after the survey. Walmart dropped the ball on that one!

This walmart is poorly run and the customer service experience is terrible and only gotten worse. First upon entering the store there wasn’t a single cart at the enterance for me and others to use so we had to go all the way back into the parking lot and grab a cart from obviously overflowing a neglected cart racks. This wasn’t the first time I’ve been there and had to do this it happens about 50% of the time. While shopping if you need assistance good luck finding someone to help you. It seems most of their Staff inside the store now are there picking orders and are too busy and focused on that to help customers. The cash registers are ALWAYS understaffed with 1 or maybe 2 open at best with long lines and wait times. So they are trying to funnel people to work for free at self checkout. Now as of recent they have people there checking your bag and receipts of people leaving to make sure they didn’t steal anything from self checkout. This makes tye process very slow of leaving because now you have a bottleneck at the exit with 1 or 2 person checking receipts from 12+ self checkouts. If they don’t trust people and think erre all stealing why not staff more cash registers so we can get service there and don’t feel like we’re being thought off as thieves for trying to use the only cashout method that doesn’t take 30 minutes to get out the store. I now try to go other places before here and only go here as a last resort.

very poorly ran store. There was two cashiers working. that’s right two. the line ups were 6 people deep. they then added two more cashiers for a total of 4 but still couldn’t handle the volume of customers. management should be ashamed. second problem i noticed today was people stacking shelves twice wouldn’t move to get product off shelves twice and twice they actually bumped my cart with there carts weird. (like i was in there way). i hope head office mystery shops this store cause not sure this store could pass anything. i don’t expect 5 star service from walmart but it shouldn’t take 25 min to cash out. ridiculous.

I was recently at this location and had a very negative experience with a man named Trevor who is a co-manager. I witnessed him talking down to somebody that was just trying to do their job. His tone and demeanour was extremely unprofessional as the behaviour he displayed in front of other workers and customers was Disgraceful to Walmart. He seemed to be a control freak and is a very poor representation of Walmart which overall doesn’t have a good reputation to start with. If you read these reviews you definitely need an attitude adjustment. If I was your district manager I would’ve had you disciplined for displaying such poor behavior. If you’re like this with the people you work with and the customers around you, I can only imagine your attitude when it comes to your personal life. If you have a family I feel so sorry for them. After witnessing that interaction, as a mental health medical professional I really suggest you seek some help. Your overall demeanour is an indication that you have some Serious underlying mental issues that need to be addressed. On another note for those of you that say you have had racist interactions with employees at this store, give it a rest. Just because this location doesn’t sell all of your ethnic food such as Halal that does not mean they are racist. Most locations sell products based on demographics. If you’re looking for ethnic food, Walmart generally is not the place to go. I am not specifying what my nationality is buy, they don’t sell food from my ethnicity at this location and I’m not crying racism. For those that you that use the race card, perhaps you’re the ones that is racist. If I went to your country of origin and did not find food from the country I originated from, does make your country racist?
