  2. I put in an online order a very specific food order all gluten free, no choice is you know! I figured this should speed things up well I waited 10 min to see a cust service person an additional 15 min to have someone bring me the order, then being approached at the 15min mark and asked to now drive around back, he then asked would you like me to bring you your order here which is what I was expecting as I wasnt instructed otherwise..so 10 min later he shows up with 3 item not avaiable and one item replaced with another, I get home the item that was replaced isnt gluten free. So my experience was a joke ..
    . I wont be leaving anymore reviews as I wont shop there…there are other options…good luck.

  3. I was happy at Walmart today as someone handed in an item that I must have dropped in the parking lot. Thank you so much for doing this whoever it was. Walmart staff were polite and helpful. A young man with a broken hand/finger. Give him a raise. He deserves it as do the rest to your staff.

  4. I never write reviews but my recent experience with the photo centre is robbery basically! I ordered photos online to be ready in 1-2 days for my daughters school project and that was in February. They still haven’t printed them at it’s almost May!! I called a week after I ordered them after going into the store twice to get them for them not to be there. They just say someone will get back to me and nobody ever does. I want my $80- back. I will NEVER shop here again! Never order photos online from them EVER!!

    I was put off by a couple of things this morning: 1) pay for carts, what a huge inconvenience; I never pack change. I told the young fellow I didn’t have a loonie, so he offered to use his token, that was a nice gesture. Then he says, just make sure you bring it back. Geez, where did he think I was going with the cart? Minus 2 stars! 2) lack of open ‘real’ cashiers – Minus 1 star Bananas- 20 cents a pound, sweet! I haven’t seen Bananas this price in a very very long time! Add 1 star back on 🍌😁

    Went to this Walmart for a few baby items with baby in tow. We decided to check out the Christmas clearance racks. There were signs everywhere stating 50% off all Christmas items. So we grabbed an Elf on the Shelf box set as we thought it was a great deal. When we got to the checkout, it was scanning at full price so we said we got it from the clearance section. After a discussion with the cashier, a manager came to assist. He said that these box sets were not clearance so we argued that it was in the clearance section so if it wasn’t clearance, it should be better labeled. Prabhdeep, who was the manager totally understood our argument and after more discussion, he let us have it for half price. He totally acknowledged that they did a poor job with their labeling and that it was misleading to the customers. We are thankful that he understood where we were coming from. It was just a little frustrating that we had to wait with our 7 month old to sort this out but in the end, the customer service was great.

    i lost my wallet here and nobody would even take down the description and my name/number, they told me to “keep checking back every day” which is not possible as i don’t drive and i don’t have the time to go back and forth on the bus. the self checkouts are also super annoying and i quite often get accused of stealing when i haven’t done anything. if you don’t trust me to scan my items then bring back the cashiers instead of only having 1 at a time. sadly i’ve witnessed a lot of discrimination towards indigenous people at this walmart so i don’t think i’ll be returning. do better.

    Boycott Walmart! I ordered a barbecue for $163 plus taxes and they said they shipped it to us but it never arrived. Then they refunded the order without any explanation and now will not honor the price because it was ordered online “third party”. Now the price is $248😭😭 I cannot afford that

    We went to this location to purchase grocery items, a cart would have been useful but now that you have to insert money for one that was out as we had no change with us, so asked the security guy why no baskets available. Apparently they have all been stolen, they only have about 3 in the store. Seems pretty ridiculous a big company like this can’t keep baskets available in their store for customers, baskets should be available throughout the store actually. We went elsewhere to shop.

    We were impressed with the quality and quantity of the fruits and vegetables available at this Walmart superstore. Everything was stocked properly in their bins and labelled appropriately. The greens were kept fresh with a spray of water and the items which required refrigeration were kept in the cooler section or freezer. An astonishing variety of frozen meats were available and stocked in the glass door freezers. Other grocery items like bakery and biscuits and household articles were kept in their shelves in a separate section. Prices of all items were clearly marked. The only annoying thing were the self-check-out counters. They should have very few of these as it is difficult for a customer to handle his shopping as well as tally the tills. Not a good idea.

    Nice and clean. Staff was friendly and fast prompt service. They had great stock on a lot of their shelves. Maybe just had their shipment come in? If that was the case then good on them for getting them on the shelves fast so they are not blocking isles. Produce was fresh and stacked properly also dairy was faced correctly. I have 4 stars lack the 1 because there was a massive spill in an isle and I mentioned it to an employee that ignored my request but not the second employee. If the second employee was too ignore me I’m this would have been a 1 star no matter what else I seen at this Walmart. Keep up the good work you’re doing here it’s the nicest faced store on this island. And always listen to your customers reviews always hit the business hard.

    Store good, most everything i needed was there. Don’t like the self check out. If I have to do my own checking, bag my own items, I want prices to reflect that. While Walmart is cheaper on some items I want a better deal at self check out.
