I couldn’t believe what I saw there, raw chicken and other perishables left in shopping carts (was in line for 10 minutes and none came for the meat) at customer service, rotting food left on shelves,clothing all helter skelter and according to the manager I spoke to, they claim it’s store policy. This used to be the good Walmart, clean and organized, but Its gone way down hill and it’s time corporate got involved, it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.

  2. Very clean well kept store, they price match and always have good sales and deals. You can order groceries online some does the shopping and then just drive over and pick them up which is very convenient if your busy. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, overall it’s a great Walmart location.

  3. I don’t know what many of the other reviewers are talking about. The store is usually clean and well-run. I go there exclusively to purchase trading cards. They actually have an amazing selection of cards – baseball, hockey, Pokemon, etc. The only fault I can find is that someone comes in each week and buys out the whole section, leaving nothing for the rest of us. This is frustrating, but the section is frequently restocked, so most of us can purchase what we want before it is bought out. The solution could be that there is a limit to how many sets of cards one can buy, thereby stopping people from doing this. Nonetheless, there is a nice variety of cards, and the store is still enough on the ball to have the section frequently restocked, so this isn’t much of a problem. I therefore give the store 4 stars out of 5.

  4. This location is where I usually go for household cleaning items and TP because they usually have a good sale on them but for cosmetics, forget it! So many empty spots where cosmetics should be. They never restock! The staff has always been friendly even when I have witnessed a customer destroying a display of paper towels and tp for entertainment. Not one employee would say anything probably for fear of losing their job but thankfully for them I was there and said something for them. This location has no cart corrals unless you want to walk a mile to one at the far end of the lot so carts are left all over the lot.

  5. I lost $20 in the store or I was accidentally not given change and I spoke with an amazing customer service rep named Mary Jane. She was patient with me and helped and took all my information to make sure that if it’s turned in or the till is over that she’d make sure it comes back to me. These are the type of customer service reps who need that are very friendly and kind and helpful. She definitely should train new staff or someone for a potential manager. Thank you again, Mary Jane

    I went to this Walmart yesterday, but I couldn’t believe I was still in Canada. I’m not a racist, but the majority of the workers are Indians, and they were just chatting with their coworkers and doing nothing. It seemed like they owned the place, to think that the store wasn’t organized and was dirty

    Great job Chintan! The other day, I experienced very good customer service from Bakery associate Chintan. I was looking for a frozen cake as the outside ones were of ambient temperature, so I asked him if they had any more in stock. He immediately went in freezer to find out, took his time and found the one I was looking for. Such customer service is rare to seen. Keep it up.

    Had a bad experience from Walmart superstore at Dougall Ave location.. I bought an item from a priced bin and went to the cashier to check out, found a different price( more than the regular price). When I asked the cashier, she called a supervisor ( Kerry) said its a ticketed item. But I took her with me to show the price as I have the right to claim a price match. If it is one item I found from the bin, I will admit that it’s a mistake. But she was very rude and arguing with me that it’s not price match and rush to change the price board. Too bad experience with her. Sorry to say..

    DO NOT ORDER from a Marketplace seller!!! No support whatsoever from Walmart. Apparently, Walmart has no way of tracking your package from China to Canada. Just the word of thier “vetted seller”. I’m certain they can track any order that their stores make, from the factory to the store. As for the rest of us, we are on our own, Walmart doesn’t care, nor are they required to. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ONLINE FROM WALMART
