What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I found Aldi a nice small supermarket in which you can find almost everything you need for your home. The prices are very reasonable for their products. Ay the products area I found better prices than Walmart but the quality was not very impressed by it looks. I think I’ll be shopping more often depends on what I need. I really have a suggestion on the coin in the cart. I think you’ll have to make a parking for those cart for a safety reason. A mother with little kids and elders do not want to go back inside the store to get their quarter back. So, you will need to change this way to get the carts back on their place.

  2. Very nice and VERY clean. Staff is very nice! So glad we’ve got an Aldi’s close to us now!

  3. Love that place! I did not know there was an Aldi in Louisiana lol. There are many red tags that’s reduced price and it is pretty cheap! The store looks very new and clean, the cashier was very sweet and nice, she had a witch costume on for Halloween and she look great! Definitely will come back again for this store!

  4. They charge you for carts. They charge you for bags. They have an asinine, congested layout. The floor employees will trample you if you happen to be shopping in their way. They have a desolate, depressing atmosphere with no Muzak or color to make you feel comfortable and welcome. All these cutbacks are supposed to save you, the customer, some money. Does it? Well, a half gallon of Blue Bell ice cream was $8 when I was last there. Oh, and they’re only open until 8pm, probably because they had the awful idea to open it in a rough part of town.

2023 UPDATE: Just as bad as before if not worse! The employees are chatting on their phones as they stock shelves and prices are sky high despite all the cutbacks. Bag your own groceries, pay for the bags, limited to no brand name selection, no deli, no bakery, no customer service, carts take a quarter to use. Mayonnaise was $4.50 for crying out loud! $4 for their off brand cereal (that tastes horrible by the way). Aldi is a joke….and the joke is on those who shop there.

  5. There was a great selection of seasonal products and I love pumpkin spice! The prices are low and the store is clean and comfortable.

Always clean and stocked. Good prices and quality items. They don’t have alcohol delivery with Instacart like in Michigan and they have more self check out lanes than actual cashier lanes. Other than that, it’s one of my favorite stores.

Was super impressed my first visit! They had a lot of really nice things, the produce looked great and the store was very clean. They have SEVERAL gluten free options for decent prices here. The Aldi branded foods so far have all been very good – especially the coffee creamer!

Love it. You pay a .25 for a basket and then get it back at the end of your visit. Bring your own bags or they have some there as well. Good assortment of organic, non-organic items. Stock changes. Great wine. Great seasonal stuff and home Decor items as well.

This Aldi location was clean and I experienced a very friendly cashier! Bring your own recyclable bag for your reasonably priced groceries. I purchased a 2 lb. bag of salmon for $12!!! I’m looking forward to visiting again.

Finally got to go to this location on Vets. I have always loved Aldi and wish they would open one locally. Love the prices and all the fresh fruit options. Also love their breads. The meat selection seems to be pretty good for the meat eaters and the cheese selection. They don’t keep anything in the back stock because they get a new truck daily. With that being said, if you see it, get it because it may not be available next time to go. Also, always keep a quarter and bags in the car. You have to have a quarter to get a basket. Sometimes you house key will work but that’s not all the time. You have to purchase bags if you forget to bring your own so save the planet and keep reusable bags in the car. There are also self checkout options and a manned register for the cash payers. Highly recommend, much cheaper than Walmart, especially on fruits and veggies. Didn’t get the meat prices, sorry.

First time at a new Aldi location in my hometown. The infamous you have to pay for a cart right.

Very clean store with simple policies. I can see why. Store staff is way more active than any other place besides whole foods.

Cart policy makes sense deposit a quarter for your cart and retrieve it when u return. That prob cuts down on staff labor having to have someone fetch it and unnecessary accidents.

Unfortunately one thing that’s lacking here is as actual deli or butcher sections many of their competitors in the area have such as rouses, Whole foods and windixie.

I do like they have ESLs that means pricing issues should be near non existent. As the tags highlight that and there’s a clear deal section.

Parking and entering/ exiting will be the worst thing here. Unfortunately it’s a terrible location for that. The closest exit with how busy they are has no light to direct traffic so you’re forced to try to turn into a busy highway. You’re better off driving thru office depot/ Planet fitness parking lot to escape where there’s a light. Also the parking lot still smells of tar and is not level with several drop offs so be careful when entering and exiting the store.

*that isn’t entirely aldis fault tho as there’s multiple areas of construction around then. Hopefully that gets remedied soon

Glad to have another competitor on the Northshore. We will have them all soon enough

great place. it’s a lot like a little sames. the products that we have purchased were of high quality. the cheese selection is good and priced reasonably. we tried a different kind every time and have not been disappointed. they have great prices on most of their products. high end chocolate is very reasonably. can’t go wrong with whatever you may choose.

Love this place! My children do as well. Pictured is dinner that was prepared with all Aldi grocery. Brioche Bun Cheeseburgers dressed with seasoned fries. The only thing not from there was the blueplate mayo. This grocery run costed approximately $40. I have gotten 1 week of grocery for only $110 for my family of 4.

Smaller store, love that! Great prices and selection on produce. Great prices period. This is not a big box store. They may not have everything but they will have most of what you want at much better prices. Bring your own bags and have a quarter ready to get a buggy. This is my go to grocery first, then a big box store for anything else.

ALDI supermarket is known for its low prices on groceries and home goods. From fresh produce and meats to organic foods, beverages, and other award-winning items, ALDI makes the flavorful affordable. Plus, with new limited-time ALDI Finds added to shelves each week, there’s always something new to discover.

One of the things that sets ALDI apart from other supermarkets is their focus on providing high-quality products at low prices. They do this by offering a carefully curated selection of products and by keeping their stores simple and efficient. This means that you won’t find a lot of fancy displays or unnecessary extras at ALDI, but you will find great deals on the things you need.

In addition to their low prices, ALDI also offers a range of services to make shopping easier and more convenient. Many locations offer curbside pickup or delivery, so you can get your groceries without even leaving your car. And if you prefer to shop in-store, you’ll find that ALDI stores are well-organized and easy to navigate.

Overall, ALDI is an excellent choice for anyone looking to save money on groceries without sacrificing quality.

Don’t forget to bring a quarter to get a basket.
