  We have built 2 homes with McKee homes in Airdrie and both times we have been thrilled with their customer service. From the time we met with the home planner to design everything, to the day we moved in, and the service after was all absolutely amazing. They are not the builder who will leave you “high and dry” after you move in. They do really care and if there are issues they will make things right. Highly recommend!

  This was our first time dealing with McKee organization, and we were just blown away with how smooth everything went!

  Karen, our sales representative, was fantastic, super responsive and went above and beyond answering our questions. Grace, the owner, was extremely patient and available to us through the process. Mike, Chris, and Trisia, the folks running point on closing activities, were simply phenomenal and an absolute pleasure to work with.

  There were other people from the organization that we came across, and everyone was just an A+ representative of McKee quality approach.

  As a contractor, McKee is a great home builder to work with. I can only imagine how well theyvtrat their clients. The homes are built with extremely good quality. I have seen it from the “bare bones”. They put the extra details into making sure they are above the rest.

We want to specifically thanks ram Vennam who was so friendly and has ample of knowledge of all the questions we asked him. He was very prompt and accommodating to all the modifications we did in the house.   Quick, professional, and easy to deal with – everything you could want when navigating the detail oriented world that is city permits! I have used, and continue to use Rob at 7 Day Permits for work and personal projects, and couldn’t be happier with the results. The drawings were detailed and accurate allowing the permits to be applied for and approved in a timely fashion, which is one of the biggest challenges we face when dealing with the city approval process. In more complicated situations, where there were existing renovations completed without permits, Rob was able engage engineers as required, making the whole process seamless.   We had purchased plans for a home addition a few years ago and decided not to proceed with construction at the time. We decided this year to go ahead and got in touch with Rob to see if the plans were still valid and what the process would be to obtain a building permit. Rob was great, he took care of the whole process including updates to the plans to ensure they met the City of Calgary’s current requirements, obtained an engineer’s approval and handled the permit submission to the City (which was done in under 7 days as promised!). I would highly recommend Seven Day Permits to anyone pursuing their own construction project.
