What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. It’s up a flight of stairs to see the sign that there are NO Rapid Tests. Please show a bit of empathy and stick a note on your A Frame at the bottom of the stairs…
EDIT: Normal stocks return. Thank goodness. Stairs are a hassle, but one can make it work for the price.

  2. This store is packed to the gills with product. I feel like you could find anything you needed in here.

We came in for more cough medicine for my mom. It was a bit confusing trying to figure out the layout of the store and it’s quite crowded in here but we were able to get what we needed and get out.

The line is long and down the makeup aisle so it’s a bit frustrating but it moves fast. There is security here so make sure to take your receipt.

  3. Chemist warehouse should be a safe place for couples to come and purchase contraceptives so they can perform romantic activities without having unplanned pregnancies.

I never expected to go into a chemist warehouse and be judged and laughed at to the point where the girl at the checkout counter could not even focus on her job.

She asked us if we wanted a bag!
    We said yes please!
She told us the bag would be 10 cents!
We said that’s fine and that we would like a bag!
She charged us on the EFTPOS machine and asked us if we would like a receipt!
    We said no!
We waited for her to give us a bag and then my husband asked ” so are you going to give us a bag?
She then said you didn’t purchase one!
I’m standing there confused waiting for her to sell us a bag and she’s just laughing.
Like can’t you see we need a bag and don’t want to walk around the streets with our intimate products on full display!
A line built up behind us causing further embarrassment. So unprofessional and I think if a staff member in a chemist can’t maintain a professional demeanor then they should be stacking shelves and not dealing with customers!

  4. Horrible service the staff doesn’t know how to deal with customers. All the staff’s are low in energy and hate what they are doing.

  5. It’s not a bad place infact it is very handy, it is right in front of the tram 86,96. Stairs is a bit of a yomp but rewarding when you get upstairs. I was looking for a perfume last Xmas and only find it in this branch. Space is tight and can be a long queue.
