Others had promised to help but she is the only one to show up and help, very thoughtful and patient with a senior like me who has no computer knowledge. We had the most wonderful energy advisor, James, who conducted the preliminary energy evaluation and showed us where we could make significant improvements, most of which we were able to complete within our budget. We were very happy with the results and James’ post evaluation showed significantly improved energy efficiency. In addition, we were successful in applying for the Canada Greener Homes Grant which James was able to help us navigate. Deva arrived on time and was very detailed on his inspection.
