    We chose Party Time Events for our wedding and it was the best decision we had made.

    Barry told us about having a black-light show which was something we had never seen before and it was a huge hit with us and our guest. Everyone had a fantastic time and continuously raved about this being the best wedding they had ever been to, even days after the wedding, our phones were ringing from our guest telling us about their experiences.

    I loved all the extra items we got. The marquee lights were gorgeous and unique to our wedding, they appeared in everyone photos. The leave a message voicemail phone was such an amazing touch and my husband and I loved hearing these messages days after the wedding. I know that these voice messages are something that we will forever cherish. The photo booth pictures were hilarious and proof that everyone had the time of their lives. I loved seeing photos of our guest enjoying themselves.

    Party Time Events and Barry did a amazing Job!! From the first time I met him, he understood my vision and the vibe I was going for, basically I wanted to build a club in my back yard. His extremely detailed planner helped me realize things that I was even missing. He had tons of different equipment and furniture to chose from which made the whole experience so much easier. We ended up doing a package with added on furniture of high boy tables and benches with end tables. The combo pulled my entire look together and also helped in close the pool so no one fell in. Besides all that Barry is a amazing entertainer. You are not just hiring a Dj but also someone who is going to keep the party going and the vibe going smoothly the entire evening. All my guest from the kids to the older adults all had a amazing time. From the photo booth to the monograms and his entire team we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We will definitely be using Barry and his team again.

    ABOVE & BEYOND!!! We decided to go with Party Time Events for our 50th Store Location Celebration Event last month because of their level of professionalism and follow through. Barry Aleo in particular was such an incredible asset on site at our event! He went above and beyond to support our brand as well as interacting with our guests in a meaningful/thoughtful way. We did not have to worry about anything and were able to simply trust that he had everything taken care of on his end. It was wonderful to have someone so reliable and hardworking at our event.     Planning a wedding demands countless decisions, and our choice to collaborate with Party Time Events Group emerged as the defining factor that shaped our wedding day. My wedding reception encountered unique challenges, setting it apart from the usual. Notably, a substantial portion of our guests exclusively spoke Spanish. Barry’s expertise led him to introduce an innovative solution: Johnny, a fluent Spanish-speaking Colombian colleague, who skillfully translated announcements, introduced the bridal party, and played authentic Spanish music throughout the night. The seamless coordination between Barry and Johnny ignited engagement from all of my guests, etching an unforgettable evening in our hearts. This flexibility is paramount in an entertainer. The addition of Lit Marquee Letters, a captivating Photo Booth, and the artful Room Lighting Design further enriched the allure of our wedding. Barry got every detail right, from the excellent music, to the engaging activities, all tied in with gorgeous accessories, which caused my grandmother, my older cousins, and my new Dominican aunts and uncles all to say this was the most fun wedding they’ve ever been to!

    I booked my Photography Package from Party Time Events with Joanne & Melvin as the two head photographers. They also did my engagement session, which exceeded its allotted time, spanning three distinct locations. All day long, Joanne was remarkably adaptable, tending to our every need. We walked through the Arnold Arboretum and she took several shots of us in front of trees and flowers and across the pond and the pictures came out breathtaking. She has a spectacular vision for beautiful locations. An image captured at Faneuil Hall resonated so profoundly with me that I chose it for my wedding’s welcome sign. During the wedding, Joanne’s efficiency shone, particularly during cocktail hour, and she graciously fulfilled my mother-in-law’s request for numerous photographs throughout the reception.

    I never planned a wedding before, and most people haven’t either, which is exactly why it’s so important to have the best people on your team. Without a doubt, Party Time Events are the best people.

    ABSOLUTE STARS – I LOVED working with this team!! I’ve been a wedding photographer for the last 10 years, and AE Events is the best planning company I have ever had the pleasure of working with!! Phoebe, Courtney, and the team were on top of every detail throughout our couple’s planning process, and I never felt like I had to worry about a thing. All communication and response times were so speedy – they were there to help when needed! I already had a feeling we would have a great day together, but they completely blew my expectations out of the water! One of the planners arrived at getting ready with me, which typically never happens. Having someone there to manage the time, keep things rolling, and help when needed was incredible! I got to focus on taking pictures and capturing the moments instead of being distracted by all the logistics. Beyond planning and running a smooth day – AE Events has an incredible eye for styling, details, and top-notch vendor connections! Our couple had a unique vision for their day, and this team brought all of the magic to life. I felt like I was in photo heaven!!!
