What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. We would like to say thank you to the whole team at Stevens Creek Honda especially our Sales Associate, Van. He helped us purchase our Honda Odyssey. Buying a car is never a stroll in the park. But with the right team it would be all worth it. We walked in on a Saturday afternoon and expected a lot of other people. Also interested in purchasing vehicles that day, of course due to high volume of interested customers there is a few times where we had to wait a while, but they always made sure that we were okay and if we needed anything.

    It’s common for other dealerships to make you wait a long time without checking up on you, but the constant updates definitely made it all worth it once again.

    We are so happy with our purchase at Stevens Creek Honda!

  2. In addition to my prior review. So happy that I took my odyssey here for service after it was unable to be correctly repaired at an independent shop. Oil was leaking and finally took it here and the expert technicians who know these vehicles were able to correctly fix it the first time! In addition, I was so happy with my service advisor Steve … he was awesome!!!! He really took care of us.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~prior review:
    Regarding the service center:
    I have been happy with the service center here the last few times I’ve visited, usually get at least a yearly oil change and the price with coupon is exceptional! I can decide if I want extra work done here and sometimes it’s actually quite competitive with the independent shops (which have got more expensive over the years). I do get the sense they recommend extra work that may not be necessary at times but you can always decide if you want those extra items.
    Probably worth an estimate on additional servicing if you’re there.
    Also, happy with the shuttle service, the driver was really nice. Even had a good coffee there from the free machine while waiting for the shuttle.
  3. I had the best experience at Honda of Stevens Creek! I contacted Kevin, highly recommended, online and he was able to make the process of getting a new car as easy as it can get. He was able to process my intake quickly and efficiently, which lessened the time at the actual dealership instead of spending hours in the waiting room, like I had in the past. He made sure I knew exactly what I was purchasing and what to expect. It was a really nice and clean dealership, which I loved. I highly recommended them!
  4. Kevin from Honda of Stevens Creek is great! He responds quickly, and is transparent and honest. He went out of his way to provide me with as many discounts as possible based on my profile and driving history. My only issue was how long it took to sign all the documents, but that’s more of an issue with the process itself. I would highly recommend working with him.
  5. I bought my car from Steven Creek’s Honda and had a fantastic experience, especially after visiting multiple dealerships that day.
    Luis was a fantastic representative who took the time to ensure I got the perfect car I wanted. He was very patient and ensured I only left the dealership if I was satisfied with the vehicle I wanted. I couldn’t ask for a better person to buy a car from.
    Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional the day I came to pick up my car. He was welcoming when I came to pick up my car and took his time reviewing it and its features. He showed terrific hospitality.
