a month agoAs a team member I’ve always loved going to seminars and going home with new action items to implement within the office. I think this is because I enjoyed the challenge to be better and be more profitable. Even though we did gain knowledge at these seminars we never really followed through to make the office a well-oiled machine. The “staff” at the time did not have the same vision as our leader and the consulting group we had been using always encouraged hiring another body as a fix. Well before we knew it, we were an office of 17, working 5 days a week, 40+ hours, little to no time off and it was still a small number of people who performed their job duties. We could never seem to get ahead and this made days exhausting and unpleasant. In 2012 my boss decided to try a different consulting group, Blatchford Solutions. We went from a staff of 17 to a TEAM of 8! Immediately the work environment was peaceful again, everyone knew what their responsibilities were, communication improved, our boss was noticeably happier, increased income, 4-day work weeks, 4 weeks of vacation plus sick time, etc. The stress quickly melted away. Even now 11 years later we are still implementing and improving our vision of Blatchford Solutions. In 2024 we’re scheduled for 7 weeks of vacation, our boss is cutting back to 3 days a week and the team 4 days a week, better scheduling methods, and hoping to hit our biggest collection year ever! If you’re second-guessing joining Blatchford Solutions, DON’T! IT WILL BE THE BEST DECISION YOU’LL EVER MAKE FOR YOU, YOUR TEAM AND YOUR FAMILY!PS Our Coach Nanci is fantastic! 3 months agoLife changing! I wish I could make every dentist I know, be coached by them. I want to tell every dentist who is struggling…that there is a way out. I just joined them and have a lot of work to do on myself. But I have so much hope. My team is so much happier. After attending their first seminar with my team, my associate and my team has been thanking me for the experience. My family is happier because I am able to give them so much of myself and my time. Let me tell you, this meeting was practical and fun. I know nothing about dental but the way they spoke about dental and ways to make it better was inspiring and easy to follow. They danced, laughed, and got down to business. All in one meeting. The things they were speaking on were things I am able to apply to my own life. And it’s all super easy. In 6 months, they’ve taken my office to a level I didn’t believe I would achieve within 5 years. We are providing a higher level of care to our patients, making more money, and working fewer days.
