AND GOD BLESS…
The appointment is at 1300. I checked in at 1130. The safety vest is mandatory. Otherwise, you will not be kicked out of the facility. I was asked to wait until my appointment times. I checked in at my appointment time. The lady who checked me in was a bit impatient and told me to wait for available dock. I got stuck for another hour. At 1400, I was assigned a dock and waited for additional two hours for loading. I gave this facility two stars because of lengthy times of loading.
Don’t listen to any prepaid review here. Terrible. Their giant green sign says Appointment Time ONLY. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU CHECK IN 15 MIN EARLIER.
No overnight parking.
Once you do get a dock, you can expect 1-2 hour wait until they get to your trailer. Then takes roughly 30-50 min to unload you.
If you are coming in on weekend, go to the other Entrance. The normal one is closed Weekends.
The place stops receiving 15:30. Make sure you are on time.
3.5 hours from 1300 to 16:50 to get unloaded for me. Pretty much guaranteed you will not pick up anything in the area after 1500 so yeah…. The rest of the evening is YOURS… On the side of the street.
They were very efficient didn’t tell me I had the wrong pu#…
Plus I was able to take a nap before leaving.
Ok didn’t take long to load. Unfortunately had to return as load was too heavy on rear. So sent weigh ticket and they worked me in but it wasted way to much time so load eventually was later then planned. Ladies in shipping pleasant compared to other shippers very nice.
