It was a moderately sized home with lots of stuff they accumulated over the years. Sandy took care of everything. After I grabbed what I wanted to keep, she found a charity that cleaned out EVERYTHING (whether it had any value or not) and hauled it all away at no cost. She had very practical advice about turning the home into a showpiece without spending money on anything that wasn’t going to show a positive return. She took care of arranging all the repairs and upgrades, and we had the home on the market in about 4 weeks. During that period, she was accumulating buyer interest, so by the time it hit the market, it had 4 competing offers within 7 days. I already had high expectations for the selling price, but the final sale pleasantly went way beyond my expectations. Their team is great with communication and response.
