7 months agoSusan was was truly exceptional! She was always available for viewings and scheduled them for us so quickly. She was just a phone call or message away and made this whole process so incredibly easier for us, it was our first time buying and we didn’t know much about the process and she gave us so many helpful tips and tricks.When we found our dream home, there was already one more offer on it and they were going to decide that night. Susan was so quick to get our offer submitted and it was accepted that same day.
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor in this process, and I cannot recommend Susan enough!
7 months agoTo anyone looking to find a knowledgeable realtor with great interpersonal skills and good industry connections – you cannot go wrong with Susan! Going into the buying process my knowledge of what to look for in a home was limited (and there is SO much to look for). Susan never failed to take the time to thoroughly check for details. She is very responsive to text messages and always found the answers to my questions. Hands down, Susan made all the difference in finding our home during this competitive market. Having a realtor that can meet deadlines within a short time frame is probably the ONLY reason our sale went through as we extended an offer at last minute and Susan very quickly drafted our offer, which was ultimately accepted. 5/59 months agoPurchasing a home from another province is typically a stressful, complicated process however, Susan and her team had our backs every step of the way.
