We attended an open house event on a Sunday afternoon and had a brief conversation with Mike at one of the homes for sale. We had no serious intentions if buying, but just wanted to see what was out there in our price range. Mike texted us from the next house saying he thought it checked a lot of our boxes and encouraged us to check it out. We were reluctant as it was slightly above our budget but on our way home we had to drive right by and decided to stop in. From the moment we walked in- we were in love! Mike encouraged us to put in a competitive offer within our budget. We called a mortgage broker from the driveway and immediately started the offer process with Mike. Mike was incredible from explaining everything to us, cheering us on through each step, and being honest with us from the moment we met him. And it didn’t stop there. After the sale was completed we checked in on us for our move, left a Christmas gift on our steps, and even pumpkins a year AFTER our sale. He gave us a beautiful move in gift of a sketch of our house with our dog sitting in the driveway. Which is so incredibly meaningful now that our dog is turning 14 this year.
