a year agoThey always have a bad attitude toward customers: especially the lady answering the phone. I called this afternoon to get a quote, and the lady picked up the phone and yelled at me, asking simple questions. This company is unprofessional and the staff and owner are extremely rude and racist. I spoke with the owner a while back in September about a refund for a ticket and he was extremely disrespectful when he spoke to me and gave me very vague information about the process of undergoing a refund and made it all sound very complicated. He told me he’d let me know in a week if the airlines would still be able to cancel and I never heard back , it’s been monthsss. It’s now April (8 months) have passed and I still haven’t heard back. I called today and this one staff answers who was being disrespectful and raising her voice at me and seemed to want to cover for the owner by saying the process usually takes 3 months, I told her it’s been more than 3 months and she switcher her words and said about 3 to 6 months. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be disrespected and lied to. All they care about is the money.a year agoI recommend all of you to do not buy tickets from them. These people are barely scammers, they all care about money, and even they don’t give you time to talk. They charged my twice for tickets and no one take the responsibility. They are just ripping you.a year agoUpdated: Small things make big problem, what happened I noticed that I need COVID-19 test when I travel one week vacation from my agent but I have no clue that I need another one to travel back to U.S and the agent didn’t informed me anything on my travel back they stopped me at the counter and they sent me back, the ticket was cancelled, one week became more than two weeks, lost a lot of work days and get charged more than $2000 to fix the mess. -I payed more than the normal ticket price why I have suitcase 50 lbs and the time all the others got 2 suitcases 50 lbs each! -When I called they pickup the phone when I explain what happen to me he told me I know you’re overseas but I have a customer in front of you, being overseas doesn’t mean you come first!!!!! Man I didn’t say anything ???? you are the one who picked up the phone!! If you are busy simply don’t pick up the phone.

2 weeks agoI had an unexpected opportunity to go to Europe for business and decided that we wanted to include a family vacation while we were there. There was not a lot of planning time, this was our first trip to Europe and I was completely overwhelmed. Heather took care of everything! We met in person- twice- and it felt like she really cared. She was as invested in our having a great trip as we were. She answered my many email questions and arranged for us to visit Paris and Amsterdam in style after my business trip to Geneva. I will use Heather again for my adventure travel! P.S. This review is long overdue. We traveled end of October, but my husband had unexpected surgery and long recovery shortly after we returned home. All good now!3 months agoHeather really listened to us and our needs and crafted a great tour that was the pre-tour with another tour we had already scheduled. Excellent choice of hotels, train seats, and transfer services from airport/train station to hotels. She also got a refund for us from a tour provider that did not provide the tour we had purchased.
