They are the best!!By Harry Graham (6 months ago)So despite my reservations, my contractor was having issues with his plumber so I hired them to do a rough for a bathroom remodel.. Explained the layout and provided drawings, plus I had all the fixtures. The final product looked nice to the untrained eye like mine, but when I contacted them to have them install the fixtures at separate cost they didn’t bother to show up and now I see why. The wrong drainage pipe was used for the tub plus it was too narrow and too short, the shower valves were too far back and uneven, shower head lines also not symmetrical, and the water lines by the toilet and bidet were not symmetrical either although I’ll admit to have noticed that and brushed it off due to fatigue of dealing with sub par work for months. I see now why I got a few estimates in the 40s for what I felt was worth 20. Quality craftsmanship is hard to find and this is what you get when you try to save money. Jasmine gave me a quote and set up an appt and next day had a new heater installed. Covid 19 precaution was followed and everyone wore masks. Now I have an electric tankless heater that is efficient. There was a small leak noted after the team left and they came back asap and reinforced the pipes and no more leak. I was pleased with the result. The gentleman who responded to the leak was a professional. The cost of the repairs was higher than expected, though the response time and job well done were appreciated. No other plumber I contacted was available to assist right away except Roto-Rooter.
Thank God for this Company and for our technician James who came out today on a Saturday 2/4/23 and replaced my elderly Dad’s water heater that was leaking. He was professional, efficient and did a quality job!! He definitely saved us!! I appreciate their quick response and James that got it all taken care of with a smile. Have had multiple interactions with RR, since purchasing and older home. Staff works to get the job done. However, clients should be persistent to call and follow up to ensure they complete the work they outline. Six month warranty on work is helpful.
Notably, in December I had a pipe stuck in my vent stack and the team (Robert and Santana) went above and beyond to fix it. I appreciated their dedication.
