What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Great place, with friendly and efficient front counter staff, and great hospitality by staff when facing a hotel guest. Also very reasonable room rates. Great location next to Boulevard Mall, a small shopping place but with a grocery store, pharmacies, enough restaurant choices and some other stores. I have to dock the service 1 star cos after cleaning the room, it was not as tidy (and clean) as during check-in

  2. Very spacious room. It’s next to Boulevard mall, so it is convenient to get what you need if there’s urgent needs, as well as if there is a shopping mood. Ample parking space for those who drives. A good place for organising a function too.

  3. Love it. World class. This is what we need. Service was good. Room was spacious even though I chose the most cheapest room. Felt like 4 star hotel ⭐ didn’t disappoint. Only drawback was that it’s not directly near Waterfront but hey it’s good

  4. I attended my cousin Flora’s wedding dinner at the hotel ballroom which located on the fifth floor. First of all, once I got out from the lift and stepped my foot at the arrival area which was huge and I get to linger with some friends and relatives while waiting to be seated to our table. The rest rooms are massive as well, I bet it was designed to accommodate enough of the ballroom capacity. Once inside the ballroom I was really amazed with the interior design of the ballroom. The food that night also great, which I would say meet the standard. we stayed at the 3 rooms apartment and that apartment was huge and if you’re the type of person that prefer to lived in an apartment instead of normal home, I highly recommended Imperial Hotel apartment. It huge enough for a small family. It has a spacious laundry area and almost every area are spacious enough. The perfect example of a modern apartment.

  5. I was satisfied with the room. I got the king size bed. They got shower and tab too. The most interesting were, their in room dining service, the breakfast, the pools, sauna and gym. I will recommend this place to friends and family members for a luxury stay.

What made me a bit disappointed was that, the shopping mall is still quite empty. Not that many choices.

Had a short stay in this hotel. Pleasantly surprised that the room is clean and well kept. Room is not as big but I like it simple and functional. At least all the amenities in the room are working and doesn’t require any attention of the hotel. Breakfast buffet has got the usual local and western varieties. Good to see have many seating and comfortable. Certainly would recommend others to choose here that the other nearby 5-star hotel.

I for one was extremely glad that I chose to stay in Pullman for the last 2 days of my stay. It was worth it. Got a massive room for an affordable price #thankful 🙏 Breakfast was widespread with quality food and the Christmas 🎄 tree was huge and lit up so was cool. The lobby has some art being displayed which I think is pretty. There is a band playing in the evenings in the bar, and in addition, there is also a cigar bar where you can let loose a bit. Staffs were genuinely helpful which is always a plus ➕️ point. Returned to a made-up room each time and drinking water was replenished. I must say I miss taking a bath and showering there. The pressure of the water was just perfect. (I need this at my home)! I would recommend everyone to stay in Pullman when they are in Kuching.

It wasn’t a pleasant stay. The air filter was never cleaned, the layer of dust accumulated was so thick. The air cond had sounds. The toilet after flushing a very loud pump or sound. The cups had some rough stains, the tissue box was already very dated. The plug points near the bed were two points. The toilet walls had some mould/ stains on it. Even the lift lobby had dust stains on the window and people used their fingers to “write” on it. The plus point was that the room was really spacious and that it’s on a hill. Overall, for a 5 star, it’s quite run down and looks dated. There were also not a lot of food options open nearby.

One of the best hotels in Kuching. Check in was easy and swift, staffs were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean, including its toilet that was equally wide with bathtub. The location of the hotel was very central too, with close proximity to all the attractions. It was easy to take grab from the hotel as well. Great place for a short holiday visit to Kuching!

Not a pleasant stay. very disappointing with the cleanliness room and hotel breakfast. The walkway toward the room was dusty n damp There is very dusty on door step before we step in our room. The first impression is bad. We stay for three night.. Housekeeping didnt clean the dustbin. No top up of toilet paper. No laundry plastic bag provided. We need to ask from housekeeping. Breakfast in hotel was not great as well. The plate n utensil have stain n dirty. Running out of plate, need to keep ask from staff. On our last day, we just had scramble egg and a cup of coffee. No appetite to eat other food as not nice. Overall, this is not 5star hotel quality. Very disappointing. I would choose other hotel to stay when i come Kuching again.

Stayed overnight during my short stay in Kuching. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Front desk was really nice and helpful. The room was huge and comfy. It has a mirror glass wall overlooking at the Kuching River and the DUN building. It was a really beautiful view (bear in mind that not all room have this view so please check with the staff before you book).

Glad to get an upgrade to suite room with a serene river view. We were enjoying our drinks at the executive lounge. Good location that could easily access to restaurants and souvenir shops. However, the interior design needs to be renovated as the furniture is aging, power points are not enough, TVs are too small and unclear, and the floor is wet due to leaking.

We stayed for a week as a family of 4 with two infants and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The team was welcoming and accommodating to our needs. We felt valued and are thankful for all the effort put in to make our stay more memorable. Staff at Hilton Kuching became family and we are glad to have met them. We will be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Kuching. The service is impeccable, from reception, housekeeping, and food service staff, everyone is very service oriented. The hotel is little old, but very clean in and out. Many eateries are located within walking distance of the hotel. Overall a great stay and I will return.

The rooms are old but decently maintained. The design and condition show their age. Rooms are in the process of being renovated. Slight renovation noise can be heard during the day but not a nuisance. Lobby and restaurants are modern. Breakfast selection is good (not the super wide selection category), and quality is good. I stayed 5 nights and the breakfast selection was 95% same every day. Location is strategic and within short walking distance to the Waterfront, Main Bazaar Street, and Carpenter Street. I will stay in Hilton again when I visit Kuching the next time.
