She assisted me for over two hours trying to figure out the issue with my phone. To no avail, my phone was lost. Tiffany then helped with explaining different models to me and assisted with which one would be best for me to buy. She was very knowledgeable about each phone and what they did. Also, as a bonus, she even called a week later to ensure that all was well with my purchase!!!! Thanks again for all of your help. I called this store and the lady I spoke to was super nice. I arrived a few minutes before closing and they were very busy multi-tasking but were still able to fix my daughter’s phone. I once owned a Medical Technology company that employed 248 people. Finding the right people was always a challenge. I was very impressed with Zykaria. The employees never seem to want to assist and are always checking the time because they don’t really want to assist. Everytime, there is always an excuse about the system won’t allow them to do this or that. They talk fast and use all of their Verizon jargon, to confuse ppl, especially older men/women, who aren’t electronically savvy. Today we dealt with E. LIZ and Liz. They were not helpful at all. Went here to make several plan changes/upgrades and add my wife to my account, I was informed by an associate named Brandon that they are unable to do any of that in store and I would have to contact Verizon over the phone. I responded and said you mean to tell me that you can’t help me with all of that in store? Brandon responded “we’re unable to help with any of that”
This store is so slow u can’t imagine u will sit there over an hour for the most simple thing. All I needed was a SIM card that I can go home and finish my set up yet they make u sit and wait while 2 people that are I guess managers sit and do absolutely nothing but sign people in as they come in. And on top of the long wait they don’t even have a restroom available and make u walk to the car dealership to use theirs. My 4yr old had to use the restroom and the very tall woman was very rude.
The Riverside store is the best Verizon store in Macon/Warner Robins area. Customer service was great and they took care of what we needed quickly with no fuss. Props to Bernard the associate who served us.

The overall service was top-notch. The sales rep (Pheonix) and the manager (Jazz) both worked together to problem solve my phone issues. They were both genuinely committed to ensuring a positive outcome. Their ability to tackle challenges with professionalism and find effective solutions was truly impressive.
