- Reviews:I was a fan of this place until today. A friend of mine introduced me and we had a great lunch in January. I also came alone in late February. On both occasions, the food and service were outstanding. Today, I invited one of my friends to this place but I was just left embarrassed. First, orders were mixed up and then the portion was visibly much smaller in the bowls. When I raised my opinion on the portion size, one of the staff got very irate and raised his voice to explain why I should just accept it as it is. He was nearly screaming at the top of his lung for everyone to hear. As far as I understood from his screaming, they didn’t raise their prices for many years so they had to decrease the portion to balance their expenses. If only he communicated it calmly, they were valid reasons. His anger continued when he nearly threw our drinks on our table. I can understand somebody could be having a bad day but we didn’t cause it. We were there to support small business, and eat delicious meals not to be scolded by someone. My friend got the tofu ricebowl and the portion was crazy small compared to the bowl it was served in. Compared to my portion too. There is a big variety at lunch buffet. Concept is good. Drinks are also included price. However food was catastrophe. Because everything was extremely so salty. It was like rather than fries I was eating all the time only salt. Lastly I ate the terrible sushi of my life. I took it out secretly on tissue and throw it. That sushi was getting served probably for loooong time. Cheap buffet with non-quality but big quantity foods
Nice place to eat asian dishes with all you can drink beer. They had 7 to 8 type of beers including alcoholfree versions of some. Loads of warm dishes, cold dishes, and a mongolian grill and many more.
The food was pathetic as compared to the price and the number of items were very less and the food was not fresh at all on top of that on christmas they charged 32€ per person instead of they’re normal price of 28€. the staff was very unfriendly and non cooperative rather rude

If you are looking for a big lunch, Kaisarpalast is the right choice. Variety food, best service, good atmosphere. It is worth it to spend ca. €17,80 and already include with the drinks! Highly recommended
