- Reviews:I enjoyed the dinner here. The chef cooks in front of me so it was nice to experience. The meal was good but the server who was taking order wasn’t nice. I felt she was intimidating. The chef’s performance was great although put the shrimp skins in the chef hat is questionable hygienically.By Julie (4 months ago)Was a super fun first time experience. We came for a dinner with friends and everyone got something slightly different but the atmosphere and experience was so much fun. I got the chicken teriyaki and I also tried the seafood Diablo which was awesome. Highly recommend the mio sparkling sake as well.By Jenna Cooley (2 months ago)This place was like all Benihana, nothing different. The host was not as exciting as others, but he tried. This location did not have large take out boxes for our leftover, so they offered a small dessert size box explaining that they had run out.By Stenita Major (a month ago)Everything from sitting at the table to walking out the door was a wonderful experience. At first I didn’t care to sit at a table with people I don’t know but they were on one side and we did on the other but it still wasn’t bad. The waitress and chef memorized each order and fed us accordingly. The chef even heard me telling my friend that I wanted some of the fat from the steak and he asked me if I really did. And let me not forget that the food was amazing. Lastly when the waitress took our picture, she was so welcoming and inviting. She def received the tip she wanted/worked hard for.By Samantha Smith (2 weeks ago)I got spicy shrimp roll and crab something roll don’t remember… Great place have a good food, love love love. Loved the cocktail too.By khuslen zb (2 months ago)

- Reviews:This place is always busy. The food here is decent. I prefer other local Asian food restaurants in the area on most days, but it makes a great spot for dinner before a movie at the AMC. So, it often falls as a default dinner and a movie location.By Kyle Wilson (4 months ago)Big Bowl is a must-try for anyone who loves Asian cuisine. The food is delicious and made with fresh ingredients, making each dish a burst of flavor in your mouth. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the dining experience all the more enjoyable. However, the restaurant can get quite crowded and the noise level can be high, so it may not be the best choice for a romantic evening or a quiet night out. Ginger ale is the super fresh, but the lemonade tastes different, we had to return it. Overall, it’s a great option for a delicious meal with good company.By Sandeep Tharayil (Sans) (5 months ago)Had a reservation and was seated on time. We spent more time waiting for drinks and food than eating. Appetizer: Thai herb calamari, lightly breaded was nice buy didn’t taste the herb. Dinner: chef choice stir fry, beef and broccoli, orange chicken w noodles and kids orange chicken. I’d describe it was something that is meant to just be fuel, nothing enjoyable. Every dish had way too much sauce. My kid had more orange chicken in their dish than the main adult orange chicken. If you pay to substitute rice for noodles they mix it with the food and sauce rather than on a portion of your plate. Unlike rice where they put the protein on the top/off to the side. Service was slow on our table where another family was seated 10-15 mins AFTER us and received their food 10 minutes BEFORE (all cooked meals like us even orange chicken). They came and went before we did. We had to flag staff over for help. No one stopped by in-between receiving our meal to receiving out check. We hadn’t been here for several years and thought we would check it out. Northbrook was not as poor of an experience back then. I think they also had build your own stir fry back then.By Rowena V (6 months ago)Excellent lunch with a friend today at Big Bowl Schaumburg. The skirt steak stir fry was awesome, and the calamari appetizer was an ideal pairing. The homemade tea/lemonade combination will put any “Arnold Palmer” to shame. Service was prompt and efficient, the entire facility is spotless, and pricing was well within what I would expect for the area. Portion sizes are large, and recommendations/explanations are offered freely by staff. Simply put, this was a great lunch!By John Heart (6 months ago)Very close to the mall and amc. Easy parking closer to restaurant. My only complaint for this place is long wait. I cannot reserve in advance either and in order for me to reserve I have to go in person. This place closes at 9 pm on Saturday night which super awkward timings too. Food was great.By Shabana Baig (4 months ago)

PF Changs is always good for a plate of lettuce wraps, tasty orange chicken, chicken lo mein and some other great Americanized Chinese food. The service never wows me, but the great things is that we dont need great service to enjoy the food!
My favorite dish was actually the shrimp appetizer. It’s flavors were wild. Besides that I think the staff was friendly.
We went for a birthday treat. This place can get real busy, even with reservation wait time was about half hour. Food service was also slow. We liked the Dynamite Shrimp. Kung Pao and Singapore Street Noodles was good. Overall ambiance was nice.
This was my first visit and unfortunately there was a problem in the kitchen this particular evening. Group of six celebrating my birthday
The server was sweet and staff was very friendly. Not sure management handled this the best. Major delay on appetizers to start, we ordered three and two came out first. Upon finishing the two had to ask where the third one was. I feel there was a delay in taking our entree orders, but certainly didn’t expect what happened next. Food took over 45 minutes (mind you it was a week night, NOT busy). Two people ordered soup, which should have been brought out without delay and prior to entrees. The server apologized for long delay, we were told Senior Chef called in and they were also training a Chef. Finally brought soup after 30 minutes and offered free soup to anyone else based on delay. My 90 year old Mother-in-law spilled her soup and I cleaned the bulk of it up. In the end food finally arrived and was not hot. My experience was not good…won’t be going back. So they gave us two soups for free, I asked for the other two to be refunded which they had no problem with. In my opinion management should have stepped in for further resolution.
Caitlan was our server today, and she did an excellent job taking care of us! It was pretty busy during the lunch hour, but Caitlan handled the crowd really well! We ate everything, it was very delicious! Kudos to her, we will be back soon!
