- Reviews:Its big, clean, nice, a few minutes from the highway, nice location, by lots of other places to eat when you are out and about. Its by lots of pretty much everything nearby. Lots of cashiers. Even when busy, the lines move quickly, so its not really much of a line. Many dressing rooms to try on clothes. Its my go to for dress clothes. I wish they had more high end brands to choose from for clothes, but they have so much other stuff there that its understandable. I bought an air fryer online and went to pick it up yesterday, 12/12/21, and they gave me a used one. I had to called to get a replacement and no one apologized for that I had to drive back and forth. Why did they gave me a used or returned item? You could see that the outside box was ripped. And on the inside, there were food crumbs. I feel like it is bad business to do this and I don’t want to order anything from this location anymore.
Found a phone that someone had forgotten in the fitting room. Gave the lost phone to an employee working in the customer service department. As soon as we gave the phone to him; he did not ask any questions. Zero communication. All he did was just stare blank at us as if he wanted us to leave. I knew the phone would be returned to its rightful owner but a little “Yes, thank you! We will find the rightful owner. No need to worry.” Would suffice.
Now This is where’s I shop all Kohl’s Stores 75% &50% off everything now. I purchased a lot of item’s on sales. You can too. Everyone is too Nice , employees Will help you with that sales. Just go and see.
Really poorly managed. I live 2 mins away from this location and will travel to another location just to avoid this one. Takes 4 associates to help 1 customer with a growing line of 5+. I understand we’re in a pandemic and need to hire any breathing body but man common sense is not so common these days.
If you’re going to purchase any thing be sure to look at the seam’s of the clothes that you are going to buy, many times through the year’s l bought most of the clothes, especially tops (the seams are crooked) or they are about to come apart, (poor stiching) I don’t know where Kohls get thier clothes from, but they need to change, thier buyers!!!!!
