Quite fast delivery, if you come morning and they don’t have the medicine at store, then afternoon will it arrive. Quite good apotheke.
Large, modern and very tidy-looking pharmacy directly at the train station in Erfurt. staff very friendly.
We bought a hair growth spray from her but then we found the same/the same product on the internet cheaper for 23€ and the same day we went to her again and her answer was that every pharmacy sells at a different price and stuff It was our fault for agreeing to the purchase and she didn’t accept to return or replace it.
The advice here was very bad!
I wanted a Nystaderm mouth gel – I got a cream for the skin ????????
An exchange the next day was not possible! It was simply claimed that I had asked for a cream.
It was very customer-unfriendly not to simply admit the mistake and to accommodate the customer.
I will not buy there again and I will not recommend the pharmacy either.
Super friendly staff, used to be very popular, the offers were also great, currently no insights because they haven’t been on site since 2021.
