- Reviews:Once I ordered an injection through them. And, it should have been received in two weeks in accordance with the employee’s speech. But, after passing 4 weeks, no response from them and I missed my appointment with the doctor. Eventually, I called them but their behavior was really suspicious and I had to go to the pharmacy again just because of their negligence. When I reached the pharmacy and ask them about my injection. the employee behaves like they do not know anything about my prescription. When they realized that they forgot to order my injection. Then, one of them was trying to show me that it will take 6 weeks. However, I replied to him, and one of the employees, who took my order said it would take a maximum of two weeks. After they realize that it was their fault, they said to me to wait one more week. Finally, I took my prescription back from them though I missed my appointment because of their unprofessional behavior. Completely desperate, I called almost half of Kassel’s pharmacies to get an antibiotic called roxithromycin that my doctor prescribed for me because of pneumonia. Not available everywhere. In the Landgraf – Karl pharmacy I had a very nice woman on the phone who made a great effort and finally found a partner pharmacy who could put the medication aside for me. The prices and services are ok.
The bandages here are without price tags, and each box is 1.5 euros more expensive than exactly the same products sold in the “dm” shop next to it. I couldn’t return the products and get refund after I just bought it ten minutes ago! They are brand new products unused and with receipt. The woman told me that “You can ‘ask’ the price first!” and she didn’t let me return the products with obviously cheating price!

Hello, I have been a customer at the pharmacy for about 2 years now. Despite Corona, nothing has changed. On the contrary, the advice has become even better in my opinion. Every employee gives their best when providing advice. I really appreciate it.

I came to the pharmacy today (05/01/2023) around 08:04 but it was closed. It should be open as an emergency service until 8:30 a.m. I rang the emergency services bell and also called the pharmacy number many times but no one answered. Others came and rang the bell, but the pharmacy was closed. It was unfortunate.
I went to the pharmacy with a 2nd degree burn to get advice on wound healing.. I ended up being sold a fanatic foam spray which I read up on is for 1st degree superficial burns and sunburn… I had been using it for 2 days and it Wound has turned greenish. Reminder Pharmacies are not doctors, so I should have looked for something myself beforehand and then bought it instead of getting a product that is not suitable at all or next time just go straight to the doctor.
