It’s not too bad, it’s well laid out and the selection is reasonably good. It is definitely not a high-end grocery store, but that’s not really needed here anyway. - Reviews:This small grocery store is not as bad as I was told by some and I’m glad I did not listen to them previously. They don’t carry a lot of name brand products although they do carry some but most of the products are their own store brands. The price is very reasonable and the quality is really not bad at all. The produce is a nice section and after the remodel I like that they have better organized the store and this section specifically. The freezer section also appears to be bigger and more robust after the remodel, which isn’t a bad thing at all. The other sections of the store are good too. You do have to lease a cart for a quarter and pay for your own bags of course neither of these are requirements and you can bring your own bags if you want or use boxes within the store. They have recently renovated so the freezer section is bigger and the layout of the store is a whole lot easier to maneuver. I never was a fan of the rat maze layout they had previously. I’ve shopped Aldi in different states and I’ve always liked it. You can rent a shopping buggy for a quarter and you do have to bring your own bags, pay 5-10 cents for theirs or you can use the boxes in the store like you do at Sam’s Club to bag your groceries. What’s Kroger vibes + Walmart prices wrapped up in a pretty bow? It’s ALDI. Limited variety, yes, but if you want to find deals without scanning 100 QR codes or bracing the crowds/chaos/rudeness of big superstores, ALDI is the right place. I’ve been blind for far too long, and while I’ll still head to Kroger for some deals and Walmart for non-food items, I’m showing up at ALDI with my reusable bags for consistently low prices and smiling workers. Out of the 2 “Supercenter” locations in town, this seems to be the worse one. You’ll be able to find everything you would at a typical Walmart Supercenter but the store, both inside and outside, appears less clean and less inviting than it’s sister store across town. I don’t routinely shop at this location and prefer the Neighborhood Markets or other grocers in town.
good attention, very spacious and everything tidy
I’ve only been here a few times over the years, but the staff always seem very friendly when I’ve needed help with something. The garden section is one of my favorites at this store. They usually have a ton of flowers and other gardening supplies to choose from inside and outside the store. The lines to checkout don’t seem to be very long either and it doesn’t take much time to go in and out of the store to get wat you need.
I went in for an oil change. They were not real busy that morning and were able to have my SUV ready before I was even done shopping.
After a 3000 mile trip, came in early in the morning, got my tires rotated and balanced, without an appointment (as “required” by the sandy Blvd location in Portland, Oregon, who refused service 5 days prior), without a hassle. Got me in and out in a reasonable time. Very grateful
