The store was well kept and had an oddly familiar smell to it: like a hardware store. If they added tables I’d probably eat lunch here. From toilet bowl gaskets to pine wood derby cars this place has a ton packed into a small package. I usual come here to refill my propane tanks for the bbq but can’t pass up finding those hard to find nuts and bolts they got in the back in the bulk section They are also a STIHL dealer Great place and a staff is excellent more than helpful
The employees here have always been good and helpful and I can usually find what I need. Ultimately I come here because of the location in central Provo. 3 stars because I once ordered something online for in-store pickup and days later it still wasn’t ready even though I went to the store and easily found it readily available and employees sitting around in the middle of the day. In this modern era, online shopping is a large part of my calculus when deciding where to shop.
This location is located within the same shopping plaza that is just north of the Provo Hospital.
Very convenient. Endless possibilities of parts, applications, small appliances, lawn and garden care.
If you have kids, make sure to keep them close, some of the parts and products are dangerous or sharp.
There is always parking at this location.
As far as the staff, they are friendly and helpful. Don’t waste your time calling them though.
The only reason I don’t have five stars, apparently, because I did not purchase an item from that site, the refund policy was void. I thought that was absurd for a company that has such a massive amount of stores. Go ahead and check it out today.
Awesome employees. They were very kind and considerate helping me try to figure out the right size bolt and nut my car needed, even coming out to the parking lot to take a closer look with me. I only caught Kit’s name, but the gentlemen at the front and the other lady’s helping out were all smiles and very helpful.
Dixie the manager is very unprofessional and didn’t care about what i needed as i explained that a can of spray paint that i had bought the day before with a white cap and the bottle saying it was white sprayed yellow. “she said not my problem and walked away before i could answer” will not be back. i’ll drive to another store to get someone to help and take care of the problem.
