- Reviews:Had a hose bib break on Sunday afternoon & had to turn off the water to the house. Called these people because they had good reviews & were close. They were here within a couple of hours & made the necessary repairs at what I considered a fair price. The plumber also gave me a few tips if anything ever happened again. We had Canyon State install our new air conditioning units this past summer. In December, they came back to test the system for us, at no charge. Reginald Grant-Woods was our service technician. He arrived on time and was very personable, professional and knowledgable about what he was here to do for us. He changed out our filters too. He set up an appointment for us to have our water heater drained and inspected. He also told us about the APOC-X (air purification) equipment we could add to our system. We were very impressed with this young man. We are impressed with Canyon State as a company.
We had a wonderful experience with Jesus this week! He came to do a service check on our heating/AC unit and found an issue. He was able to fix everything on the spot and explained everything thoroughly to us so we could understand the repairs. He was very professional, courteous, extremely kind and a handsome young man. I found out he was the brother of Ulyses who has come to service our house as well. Both young men are simply fantastic in every way! I can’t say enough great things about Canyon State! Please keep up the good work!
I was advised almost exactly one year ago that my hot water heater was on it’s last leg. Sure enough, it sprung a fatal leak just as Garrett had predicted. I contacted Canyon State on Thursday and a technician (Sergio) came early Friday afternoon to confirm that the heater was toast and recommend a replacement. At first it seemed that getting a new unit installed that same day was going to be a real problem given the workload facing Canyon State. I contacted the office, spoke with Katrina and explained that we would appreciate it they could possibly squeeze in the replacement later that day so that we wouldn’t be without hot water until Monday. Fortunately, they were able to juggle their schedules and about two hours later Sergio and Garrett returned with the new heater. They installed it in about 1 1/2 hours. I watched some of the install and saw how efficiently and diligently they worked in tandem to ensure that the job was done properly. My thanks to everyone at Canyon State for a job done exceptionally well!
04/05/2023 – The service/repair men are great. Last 2 calls on us we had courteous, knowledgable service/repair men; we couldn’t ask for better. But, we are not too happy with Canyon State. Each of last two times we had maintenance Canyon State wants to charge high fees to make repairs; only repair parts are not always covered under our monthly warranty and repair fee is not covered by warranty fee. Canyon State is too expensive for us. Thank you. Roger & Karen Britt P.S. we do thank you for cancelling repair maintenance fee today. We did not know our fees did not cover labor costs.
We have used Canyon State since purchasing our home nearly 6 years ago, as they have maintained the systems since the house was built. We have our systems on a maintenance contract and the service has been great. With the contract, we are given priority response times when a problem arises. They schedule an appointment every 6 months, advise us of any potential issues, recommend the necessary services and help keep costs to a minimum. We trust their technicians and have been pleased with their work.
