St Luke’s has a wonderful place for Gathering and entertainment a festive atmosphere once a week where we could be entertained by local groups there is ping pong which I am the champion a great chance for showing off your skills. Take I stroll around the new trees that have been planted by the tree Stewart’s Cleveland State University Case Western Reserve, Holden Arboretum, Dave’s and Land the trees are doing well this is a place for Senior Living it has been well preserved and updated the Fourier is beautiful there are bathroom facilities during events and the overall experience was great for the community.
Old St. Luke’s Hospital was renovated into apartment complex. They have beautiful one and two bedroom apartments. It is a beautiful place to reside. I have some family and friends that lives there.
The facility is beautiful. However I don’t agree with how particular staff treat the residents and potential residents. As people who are to be of service to the elderly it’s is completely unnecessary to come to work spreading your misery to those who deserve RESPECT! Leave the negative attitude at home! Go talk to therapist but rolling eyes and make rude comments who you are supposed to give great customer service too is unacceptable!
My mom is a resident at st. luke manor for almost 7 years. In those 7 years her car has been broken into, and vandalize fives times!! Other residents cars have been vandalize or broken into several times as well. The lighting in the park lot is terrible and the security socks because there is no security!! My mom is looking to move as soon as possible.
I called this place for rental of an apartment, and the lady ( manager) was very impolite nd nasty. I later discovered as time went by that, a resident of this complex told me that their have been numerous complaints bout this same person.
