- Reviews:Complaints falls on deaf ears. All the trees by Building Nine that were a buffer against the horrific traffic have been allowed to die. The fumes, soot, and noise are not healthy. It is my biggest complaint. Bldg. 9 is the worst building in the complex.By Elyse Marinos (5 months ago)I’m fully satisfied for the work ordered that was done in our unit. Thank you!By Virgilio Sanchez (a month ago)Very professional and courteous, and respectful of my home. I love it here!By Carolyn Vocelka (a month ago)Took Aunt Apartment Hunting, Vintage was Awesome landscaping, Clubhouse, Pool, Walk in closetsBy Dianne Wiley (a month ago)We need to be gated due to the building explosion in the area. If this is not possible, we at least need speed bumps to slow down those who cut through the property. This will become more problematic with Costo, Wendy’s and other companies coming in such close proximity.By Deborah Revels (8 months ago)

- Reviews:I’ve been living here for a year now. I have heard a lot of negative comments about Varenna, both online and from residents. I honor their opinions, but I have personally not had any problems to this time. I think they have a good calendar of activities for the residents; Paula, who runs the programs, is kind and very open to ideas. It is true that there are frequent inspections of the apartments, but this is not the fault of the owners or the managers– these are required by law in order to get the affordable rents. This doesn’t mean I necessarily agree with all the intrusions, but I accept that it probably helps avoid problems before they become serious. I’m happy here as far as the apartment and the managers do keep the property in top order. They even have an interesting feature you don’t find in most complexes: a walking path through a gardened area. There are two sections on the property where some of the residents grow plants. I wish the swimming pool was open for more than 2 months a year, but it really doesn’t get much use it seems. I also wish this neighborhood was more pedestrian-friendly for those of us dependent on walking and public transportation. There are some deficiencies in sidewalks as well as crossings at busy intersections, but that is a problem to be solved by the county. Overall, my experience has been very good… Again, my take. I respectfully request that you please consider also the other reviews just to be completely fair and to honor everyone’s experiences. Of course, I reserve the right to revise and update this review as events warrant.By Hal Goldfarb (3 years ago)It’s beautiful it’s an awesome place to live the manager’s are fantastic! If something goes wrong inside you’re place they send the man and it’s fixed right away no waiting! The grounds here are very clean and kept up the get toghters are amazing so much fun! And the Manager always makes sure everything is going well if not she looks into it that’s what I like about her and this place! It’s a very nice and warm community to live in!By Shawna Baca (6 years ago)Had a positive experience, my name came up so I was called about availability. There is a waiting list and you must be 55 plus years old. The apt size is okay, and will fit a queen size bed. The unit I was shown is a one bedroom. The square footage is approximate 500 sf I am not positive about the size. Also has washer and dryer hookup as Well as a nice balcony space.By Linda Turner (3 years ago)So many old people. Consistent issues with roaches. Mom has had to pack up over a y month period in the past and now its starting again. The office staff are nice initially but seem rude over the phone. You can rent the main hall but its not terribly child friendly.By eric poole (5 years ago)I lived here about four years ago , finally giving my belated review . I lived there for six months . Thieves entered my apartment through my unlocked door while I was sleeping . They stole my wallet and other items took the car keys and stole my car . Management was very unsympathetic , said I should lock my door and made me pay for a lock change . They came back in a week and stole my bike , forgot my keys were taken . Got a new bike and lock they cut the cable and stole it . I moved . More crime in six months than first 65 years . A VERY DANGEROUS neighborhood . BEWARE !By John Dumbeltion (6 years ago)

I just moved in and the manager and assistant mangers handled the process so professionally and thoroughly. They were patient, informative, and overall courteous every step of the way. They answered all my questions, responded quickly to anything that needed to be done to make my apartment comfortable and to my liking. They have wonderful maintenance personnel that are right on top of things and very helpful. I met with a wonderful social worker from LifeSteps that works there a few days a week who also has offered her assistance to help me with things I need to get situated. I feel confident that this management is going to make my stay here very pleasant and provide me that sense of comfort and safety. Thank you so very much!!
I stopped in yesterday to fill out a application to become a resident @Creekside Village Senior Apartments. I had talked to Ashley by phone and she told me to come on in. I was so impressed when I entered through the gates and saw how well kept and clean everything was.
Ashley was so warm and inviting. She was able to show me a 1 br, 1 ba, which is just what I’m looking for, and back to the leasing office to fill out my application. Everything went quite smoothly, she answered all my questions. Now I am on the waiting list, hoping that I get good news in the next 3 to 4 weeks.
Wish me luck everyone, and thanks again Ashley for the great customer service.
I am going to be very candid about my review here, because I WORKED HERE -and can honestly tell you-RUN .Do not apply here. There is a huge turn over in staff at this property through Peak Living Management, making it very hard for Senior residents to become familiar with faces and trusted teams. Back dated recertification’s ,long approval wait list times-and inconsistent involvement with the safety and care of their property. As a leasing consultant, it was very hard for me daily -to receive phone calls about broken into units-broken entry and exit gates-roaches /rats and severe pest concerns. Kids and young adults on a 55+ ONLY property. Think about a community where Management promises SENIORS a beautiful safe haven -a home -and then you have to deal with drug addicts and thief’s ,pest ,inconsistent maintenance care, angry residents and people who constantly come and go because of this. Regional Manager Geeta ,will lie about her stance on taking action with this property -and was the worst about my experience with this management company !Let her go .ITS A MESS. I wouldn’t put my own loved one here-so approach cautiously. Tour and see for yourself!
Mohamed is the greatest he responded right away to my maintenance issue even though it was on a weekend he was kind, courteous and very professional hats off to Mr Mohamed.
The drawer in my kitchen he was put in wrong I need to put in order for it to be fixed correctly cuz if I pull it out everything’s going to fall out so it was done wrong.
