Very caring staff. We discovered that the office didn’t take our insurance. Instead of turning us away the office staff insisted that we at least get the free Exam and X-Ray offered. Then gave us several options to choose from like dental insurance they accepted as well as information on a dental line of credit. We definitely will return to Dr. Roy and Associates for our dental needs.

I can’t recommend Dr. Luan Nguyen enough. I’ve had a phobia of needles for years, but they said it was no problem. I thought I was going to be there for about an hour trying to work up the courage to have a needle go into my face, but he was able to inject me within about 2 minuets. He was very gentle, and it took longer for the numbing to work than for him to inject it. At my worst, it’s taken me over 7 hours to get my blood drawn before. I’ve made progress since then, but it still takes about 45min-1hr. It wasn’t that I was such a good patent or less scared of needles, it’s just that he was that good. I was seen, diagnosed, and had my tooth filled all on the same day. I’m thrilled he will be my dentist from now on.
Was okay until I questioned a diagnosis of moderate gum disease and now they want $1200 to clean my teeth which I’m not having issues with. When I questioned it (as I have a right to do and should do as a patient) the lady was extremely rude about it and that definitely wasn’t necessary. The issue is hard enough on a person without having to deal with a nasty attitude.
Very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable staff!!! I’ve never been to this office before. I didn’t expect to be seen so soon! They answered all my questions and addressed majority of my concerns.
