Today I started treatment on a few new areas and my service provider, Erica, was above and beyond! She was so knowledgeable, took time to hear my concerns and did a great job making the experience feel so comfortable. The laser hair removal services are effective, even for women with PCOS. Ten years after my first series of treatments, I still don’t need to take advantage of the available discounted touch-ups. I did another round of research before coming back for another treatment area and still found that Ideal Image is the best in the metro. It still hurts month + after the 5/8 minutes appointment. I had to go see a doctor for help it hurt so bad. I didn’t even finish an appointment and I said I didn’t want to continue the services. I even called to cancel all appointments and then collections starting to harass me. I was being charged the 4k and I didn’t even finish half my first appointment. I called and the lady was so horrible snapping and yelling at me then she transfers me to another lady who was just as horrible. She was like I have done the procedure myself and it hurt. Very insensitive person. I was told use a different service or give it to my friends or family. They do not tell you in the phone interview ( I had my roommate next to me and we were discussing it even she said the same) or make it known you do not get to cancel or stop. No matter what you have to pay the 4k. I would not recommend ideal image.. They are very insensitive and only want the money. Once you give them your card info you can not stop their services no matter what. I have always been a loyal customer for YEARs and have spent thousands of dollars there. To charge me 200$ for a “touch up” with a lifetime guarantee” is absolutely insane and I’m guessing many customers feel the same way. I will not continue services after this year as I have found the same laser at other places that charge a fraction for a touch up. I forgot the woman’s name but she had short dark curly hair and she sat and talked with me after the main doctor left the room, and made me feel so comfortable and heard. I was very nervous and insecure feeling especially because I was there to talk about the concerns I had on my face. She told me when she talks to me she only sees my beautiful blue eyes and not my insecurities. She answered all of my questions and was just so nice to me. I usually don’t expect doctors/nurses to be so kind because they see patients all the time. But she really made my day. I would definitely go back. With that being said though, after meeting with the doctor I’m still feeling confused about my options. I felt like he rushed with me and I honestly don’t know what to do or if I’m making the right decision.
Zel is truly the place to go if you want EXPERTS. They have the best technology I’ve seen and are extremely knowledgeable. I absolutely love all the staff here, especially Mara, Jena, and Katie. This is the only place I will go to. Also, the location is amazing … 50th and France — such a treat. Thank you!
Arrived very early, greeted warmly, helped myself to a coffee, sat down & relaxed reading on my phone, (no cool magazine to peruse through, due to Covid, but I had my phone) then a little early than my time I was called back, by Kristi.
Kristi was thorough with her questions and learning about my skin. In addition, she was very thorough with my skin care as she applied the products. Kristi made sure to check in with me as to be assured, I was comfortable with each step of the treatment.
Kristi then spent a few minutes making sure to answer my questions and make sure I understood my skin care. Both she and the young lady at the front desk are very thoughtful and answering questions.
Kelly did an incredible job with my Botox treatment. She is extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled. Also, she gave me exactly what I wanted; fresh, not filtered! Whereas I used to fly to a cosmetic surgeon in Beverly Hills, I now happily will be returning to Zel to see Kelly for future treatments. The check-in was wonderful and smooth. Everyone in the office couldn’t have been kinder or more welcoming.
I have been a patient of Dr Zelickson for over a decade and have the utmost trust in him. He always utilizes the most current technology in the treatment of my rosacea. His own line of skin care products…MD Complete by Dr Brian Zelickson… are very affordable and very effective. I’ve posted a photo of two of my favorites. Thank you, Dr Zelickson!
