I came to the new place after visiting the old GBC for a couple of years. Let me just say the new place is AMAZING!! I saw another review saying the cages were small, but I completely disagree. I think that person is just finding stuff to complain about. The cages are perfect. I love the new place, very spacious, and a fun environment. The owner is a very happy and outgoing guy, so so friendly and the workers are so sweet and helpful. If you’re thinking about coming here, I completely recommend it!
Al, and his team have been amazing to me, and my family since I was a kid 35 years ago. My son plays now, and he loves the same things about this batting center that I did. The new facility is amazing, Carmine and his staff at Carolina Acceleration have been amazing as well. We truly enjoy sharing our love of baseball with my sons team, and their parents as well as the other families we meet, and see again at the batting center.
It’s a community like none other. As my son continues to grow in the sport of baseball I look forward to many more days at the batting center.
If you are looking for a place to learn about, get better at, and continue to grow in bat and ball sports this is the place!
The Greensboro Batting Center and Carolina Acceleration are absolutely fantastic. No matter the location or how big or how small. The people are what makes this place so unique. Alan and his staff are incredible. My boys have benefited from being a part of this group of people. The coaches, parents, and players make this place unique.
The new location is beautiful. Cages 60 mph and 70 mph are both smaller than cages 40-50 mph. Unfortunately, this new location doesn’t work for my team. A right batter will hit the net while batting. I wish them good luck in their new location.
My husband grew up taking lessons & using the cage here for many years! Now our son gets to do it here! We love this facility, & the prices are great! We even had our sons last birthday party here! It was affordable, & the kids had so much fun! The new facility location does not disappoint, the expansion is great! We look forward to spending many afternoons here!
