3 months agoBeautiful place has a living room kitchen that’s fully supplied every thing you need. 1br w/3 beds & washer & dryer very artistically decorated. Nice windows and sunlight but just one thing the floors squeak. Yes I would stay here again thank you very much-loved it!a year agoThe time, energy and love given to the spaces is top notch! Marisol works tirelessly to make sure each guest feels as if they are the first people to walk into the home. Shes a lovely humanbeing to boot!!!!!11 months agoI was looking for the perfect Airbnb for a weekend staycation and this unit near Bishop Arts hosted by Marisol, was literally PERFECTION! The unit was spacious, pristine, had the best natural lighting, and the artistic touches with beautifully curated decor were the cherry on top! In addition to the stunning amenities, Marisol was very attentive and made sure that I was satisfied throughout the duration of my stay. Already looking forward to booking again!a year agoMy family and I stayed at Marisol’s lovely lake house at Canyon Lake (Wunderschön Vista Haus.) The home was absolutely gorgeous and situated perfectly near the lake. We had everything we needed from linens, to cookware and coffee. The home even had deer food for the family of deer that came by every night and morning (which the kids absolutely loved.) Marisol was extremely quick to reply to questions and even recommended things to do in the area. Overall we had a great experience and can’t wait to go back!a month agoI found the Godwit very comfortable with beautiful surroundings. It was well prepared for guests enjoyment.

in the last weekMy wife rented the venue for my retirement party. First off it’s a very interesting space, rustic corrugated tin walls with rusted patina and holes. But we did not have a good experience. When we arrived the room was 89 degrees with no AC running. They have a swamp cooler in the corner that was not prepared to operate. The owner was not readily available for help. Our poor caterer was drenched from the sweltering heat. When we finally got in touch with the owner… she said, well it was a 106 today in Dallas. We made the best of it since 20 people had been invited. It never got below 83 when we left at 10pm. Probably not a good idea to rent out a tin barn in the summer time in Dallas with little or no AC. Bummer.2 years agoThis place is just mindblowing!!! The makeover with “Holiday Homes” was amazing, I just saw it on TV. I had tears in my eyes. J has his❤ in the right place. He is such a lovely person and went through difficult times, now he only deserves the best. I hope to be able to enjoy this unique place one day8 months ago2 years ago

Had a place through AirBnB, who I will take this up with later, and a few weeks back they cancelled our reservation in Washington D.C. Then they told us that was a mistake. Now six days from our trip and they cancel again, and this time will issue a refund. Cannot understand how they get away with this. Would not recommend staying with LokalStays. They do not have a good handle on their business.
Worst place do not use them they are bunch of rip off artists we booked one night the faucet was broken took pictures sent them to them and still was charged for this oh and on top of everything they didn’t want to take my calls so they blocked me on everything and the reply the leave is priceless I wish you could see what part the faucet that broke I am telling you these people are the worst the say they have inspections but yet look at all the reviews that say the house is nasty or these places aren’t worth the money stay in a better place. I want you to look at the replies to all the negative reviews and you can tell that they are petty. I wish I would’ve read reviews first but instead went for price never again PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY update I kept the picture of the broken faucet where it was when we got there by the way do you know how much pressure it takes to break that part I’m disabled my wife n her mom n my daughter didn’t break this faucet
This property management is so good!!!!! They take care from A to Z. I dont have to worry about anything. I wish i switched to them much earlier.
They have disconnected/changed their phone number after I completed cleaning services on some Oklahoma City Airbnbs they oversee. I completed great cleaning services for them since November 2022 and they, out of nowhere, didn’t want to work with me anymore. Which is perfectly fine… But, pay me what y’all owe me for the work I completed. From the reviews, it looks like they do shotty business. I didn’t mind working with them but they got a new contact person and I believe her name is Rachel … She is rude and is the reason I no longer provide services for them. They had set pricing and didn’t compensate for extra work that needed to be done. I agreed to that and had a set price for every time a guest checked out. I will gladly work this out if they reach out to me and pay me. It is not good business to not pay the final bill and to change your number.
They have an outstanding balance of $125 from FEBRUARY and they also owe me $135 for a cleaning fee from an Airbnb turnover and $50 for a gas fee
