  The host is a slum lord and runs all his properties on a bare minimum, he makes them look nice at first and then nothing after, he keeps half the cleaning fees that the guests think the cleaner gets. Stay away from his properties

  This company is horrible. They took a horrible, unpredictable life event and made it 100 times worse. Airdream Cottage in Salt Lake City is literally profiting off my family’s emergency. No words to describe how utterly horrible this company was to try to work with, very dismissive, does the whole “we’re so sorry, but we really don’t care!”
