- Reviews:Review is specifically for grooming department, they did such a good job with my Brittany. Cierra did a great job even though she doesn’t have too much hair they still made her look perfect and went above and beyond. The tangerine shampoo they use smells amazing!By Alysa Lenguyen (a month ago)We’ve taken our dog here to get her nails done. The staff are always kind and offer Sophia our dog treats. They allow pets to walk around so Sophia enjoys mingling with other dogs. If a pet has an accident, the staff are very understanding and clean it up. Great pets place to shop!By Isaac Cano (2 months ago)I have been bringing my dogs to New Center Point Petsmart Groomers for 4 years. My Great Dane also had obedience training there. We have always had a good experience until the last 2 times; today being the final straw. We drove 90 miles to get there and spent at least $50 on gas. We just took in a rescue and are still adjusting schedules at home. We were 17 minutes late for my Dane’s appointment and they have a 15 minute policy. Was I in the wrong? Yes. We got stopped by 2 different parents with children wanting to say hi to our giant dog while trying to get into the store. We had both dogs with us and $196 scheduled in grooming today. This is a full day event for us since we come from so far away and our appointment was cancelled because we missed the 15-minute window by 2 minutes…..after 4 years of bringing our pets in for grooming services. I’ve never left a bad review anywhere before but am super disappointed in the negative experiences with individual employees during our last two trips there.By Amy Seymour – CDHS-CTY (a month ago)Large selection for your pet needs. Friendly staff, though sometimes you have to be patient when the store is busy and staff is engaged with other customers. My go-to for my fish and aquarium needs. I’ve had very good experiences at this location and definitely recommendBy SeventhSamurai72 (11 months ago)Awful experience we were waiting for a long time to be helped. Then it was finally are turn the girl walked up to us and said I have to help the others they were here first. I said no they weren’t she walked away. So we walked out and will be shopping elsewhere from now on. Also when we went somewhere else for what we needed after walking out it was half the price! They did a good job showing me I should be shopping somewhere else.By Melissa Murcray (3 months ago)

- Reviews:Great customer service. My kids and I decided to stop by and look at puppies. We met Taria, she was so happy and excited to show us a beautiful baby ferret. My kids were so happy. I walked in and I asked some questions about the puppies. I recently lost my beloved dog and even though I know I can not replace him, I always wanted a small dog. She introduced me to my new baby Bandit. It was love at first sight. The sole reason he is now part of the family is because she took her time to talk to us and understand what we wanted. My husband had a question about the breeder and she was able to show us the credentials. Not a puppy mill, but a local owner. Thank you so much. He is so loved by our family ????By Amy Wikstrom (a year ago)Walked in knowing it was time for a dog. Was planning on looking at the whole store before asking for a room to play with the puppy. Jamie the lady who worked there saw me staring at the cutest little fluff on 4 legs and talked me into viewing her. I’m glad Jamie stopped me there to view her before looking at the whole store. Our Berneydoodle is a perfect addition to my family. Shes only 9 weeks and can walk on a leash like a pro. Used Jamie’s tips on potty training and sure enough they work!! This is the easiest puppy ever. They also have a deal where you get everything you need for the puppy that’s included in the puppy cost. Loved my experience. My wife wants another one already.By Nathan Laboy (Nate) (a month ago)Despite all the stigma of a pet stores and puppy mills. I decided to walk in and check it out and Immediately felt so welcomed. The staff is amazing they ABSOLUTELY love and take care of the animals. Kate welcomed me she was so knowledgeable in the animals taught me where the animals came from with the help of her manager. I highly recommend!!By Rosa Chavez (3 months ago)Brenda and I had a wonderful experience with the Citadel Pet City Pet Shop in Colorado Springs thanks to Linda and Jamie for all of their kindness and help. Three years ago we bought the Tri-Color Toy Fox Terrier (Tigger) from there and now we picked up Faith our new little Sheltie. Faith decided to become a picky eater so Linda took the time to do a couple of zoom calls to go over feeding her with us before we came and picked her up, and Jamie assisted us the day that we did with a feeding in person. Now the little girl is home and has made a new best friend with Tigger and the two girls like running around in the yard together and playing tag. Thanks.By Dickie Smith (10 months ago)Jamie is so great and such a great worker. She was so nice and she really does so much for this let shop. I highly suggest buying a pet from her. Her process is smooth and easy. Thank you Jamie for these lovely little guinea pigs, they are precious! Big one is Brownie and the smaller one is Angel!By Natalie Robbins (3 months ago)

We are very pleased with the Humane Society’s handling of animals and their procedures in making sure you have a healthy pet. They are spayed or neutered, and vaccinated prior to you leaving. Every time I called they answered my questions and were truthful with us. Looks like the Humane Society and their caring staff attend to the animals quite nicely before they are adopted. We got our kitten, this past Sunday and it was busy! They had three people working the computers to place the animals so have patience with them. They are doing just fine. It was a joy to see the animals, especially the dogs going to a new home. Love these animals and they will repay you for eternity!
I look at the humane society in a different light today. What can I say?……They saved my dogs life. They have a very difficult job and don’t think for a minute that they don’t care. This is Duke. And thank you pikes peak humane society.
Really nice place and staff. Impressed with their fish tanks and turtle care. Their small animals were also well cared for with plenty of enrichment items. Called ahead to see if some animals were available and got a call back within a few hours, no holds which I understand. Adoption process went smooth and was able to adopt my new pets that I drove almost two hours for. Thank you!
I was at my wits end. Someone broke into my privacy fence and took 2 of my baby pups. We looked everywhere. I eventually went to humane society. Wow it really has expanded since I was last there. Nice and big. Staff was really awesome assisting us. Our pups weren’t there. It was so sad to see all the animals in there waiting for a loved one. If I could have taken them all to my home and given them hugs and kisses. I sure would have loved to.
This has to be the best experience I ever had. Went in with full idea they would turn us away with price or attitude. But NO the staff and volunteers were so great. I mean they let you look around and even socialize before you go and they give you everything you need. Like you don’t have to worry about the microchip, or a vet, or insurance for a month. I mean they make sure that the only thing you have to do is love the family member you brought home without the stress. 10 stars. I feel like we should always adopt because it gives a pet a home, but some shelters make it very difficult. So for HSPPR i thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. Boots was meant for my little family and we love her so much knowing she is okay.
