- Reviews:We are visiting in Arizona with family for Christmas. We went to the arrowhead mall and for the first time in my life I saw puppies and dogs at the MALL. This was a new experience for me. I walked in and saw they had a financing option, I applied to see if I would get approved and I did! While we didn’t plan to get a dog that day, we had been wanting a family dog for quite some time. Getting approved was easy and I scheduled to spend time in a private room with a puppy. The original puppy I had wanted to play with was with another family so I browsed and saw a dog that I KNEW I needed to meet. Valerie set me up with him and I fell in love, we had an instant bond. Valerie was amazing at explaining the process to me and reading me every detail in my contract. She also recommended all of the products we would need including a crate, harness, leash, toys, calming drops, wet and dry food, urine and odor spray, puppy pad spray and possibly more in forgetting! Valerie also explained all of the warranty options, as well as when I need to take him to the vet and why. Valerie was amazing and I’m so so happy for the effort she put in to make our adoption easier. She shared her experience with aussies and it made me feel like he was a wonderful fit for our small family. Thank you again!! She introduced herself and made herself readily available. She brought me the pup that I wanted to see and let me know that he was being treated for a respiratory infection and would have to stay at the store until he finished his treatment. During that time, Valerie kept in touch and even sent pictures throughout his treatment. On the day I went to pick him up, Valerie came into the store on her day off to help me with the finalization of my purchasing my puppy, and even helped me to the car! Constantly providing updates, educating us how to properly take care of our pup, providing us with text messages and phone calls. She definitely had our attention with how she assisted us. So rather than giving these 2 cats a new loving home they would rather keep them at their shelter. If you actually want to bring home a pet I would highly recommend you not go to this location, they will let you play and pet the animals but will end up interrogating you and not letting you take the animals you fall in love with home.By Kane (a week ago)We loved the cat and kitten community rooms where cats get the chance to roam around, play and socialize with each other. I have been going to this spot since it opened. Always clean and great staff. Tons of parking and well lit. Easy entrances from 3 diffrent directions. Not loud and pets are welcome to roam. The inside Banfield hospital has a great staff and are very loving to your pet. Kid friendly. Highly recommended to all.
My dog was so loved! Gabby and the rest of the team did awesome. My big baby dog gets nervous but they kept him so comfortable, and also are so nice if you call in with any questions. He definitely felt himself after his bath and brush! Thank you all, and Gabby!
Had to put our dog down. The staff was extremely courteous to our emotions. It was not easy and they made the process as easy as possible. Thanks again for your help it can’t be easy to do that for a living.
Amber in Grooming is amazing with our dog Snowball! We have her bathe and give him a haircut regularly. Snowball is sooo excited every time he sees her. All the ladies are nice there but we will always ask for Amber. Thank you Amber!
