- Reviews:The employees implied I was trying to steal an order that was paid for online… after not even having the order ready & printing of the information THEMSELVES & then acting like they don’t know what the paper meant? When they printed it off of their own computer? To add, they initially tried to give me the paper to get the items myself (no thanks, that’s why I order ahead)… so I could have grabbed them & left. But I had no idea where the items were (because it’s not MY job to)… so I waited for the employee to get them (do THEIR job). Then he tried to ring me up… after HE PRINTED THE ORDER FORM. They also refused to look at the receipt I pulled up on my phone, after getting ahold of my grandma since this was for her. His god complex got in the way of his customer service skills (or maybe reading comprehension?). Wasted my time, energy, and gas (because I left the car running for my OTHER grandma that had to wait the twenty minutes by herself that should’ve been no more than TWO) She already had a bad experience at a different location… and that’s why she sent me here. He was a bit overwhelmed that there were so many toys and he could play with them! All fish I bought from this store died after a week from ick, and no they weren’t introduce to an uncycled tank or overstocked, it had good parameters and 5 other fishes already in it that were thriving! Now they are all dying one by one. I’ve done water changes, medication, etc and nothing they still died. I did see one of the fish latargic and with fin root when I first got it from the store so I quarantine it but still that didn’t work ,it contaminated my previous fish (That I had for 4 years already from a different store) and eventually infected all of them. To make it better ,the guy there had the audacity to say “Our fishes here are one of the best since we take good care of them I wouldn’t trust any other store like petc*” . I say again donot buy any fish from here just stick to the other stores. - Reviews:We adopted our sweet kitty Romeo from here at the end of April! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. He has settled in now after about 2.5 weeks. The cat areas were very clean. Obviously some cats were in cages for quarantine or medical reasons, but most adoptable cats were in bedroom sized rooms with toys, towers, and some even had “catios” so they could get fresh air! Best shelter I’ve ever visited. Romeo is so sweet and we’re happy we adopted him from the Humane Society of the Nature Coast. 100% recommend.By Michelle Beno (a month ago)We adopted our pretty boy Ginji (previously Lebowski) in October of this year and he has been an amazing addition. The facility was very clean, all staff was very helpful and told us all about Ginji and his special personality. They were a bit concerned he was going to be too much, as he is very vocal and needy but he Is a perfect match for our boy Zucchini we adopted earlier this year. Both a little psycho sometimes but they are best friends and we couldn’t be happier. Updated facilities. There are plenty of choices of lovable kitties needing a forever home. We adopted our 4th cat from this place and are 100% satisfied with the whole process. And they do all the necessary shots, etc. Ahead of time, so you don’t have to do it all yourself. Different prices for different ages are actually a good idea. There we meet TeaBerry now Alpine he chose my daughter as soon as we walked in the room. He was well socialized and very loving. He loves his belly rubs and sleeping in her bed. This place is amazing. The workers here always seem to be very polite and helpful and always ask if you need anything. The fish tanks are always clean and well stocked and there is a large selection of fish as well. There are always a lot of other geckos, snakes and most anything you are looking for. Very nice and clean.
I cannot post enough of how wonderful and friendly not to mention knowledgeable all these employees are !! Especially the employees in the fish dept!! Even when I purchase my 50 lb dog food they offer when im checking out to bring my dog food to my car’!! When I walk in every employee by the door always acknowledges you with a smile and a hello!! Great employees !!

Brittany was so smart and helpful to us the whole time we were there. She really knows her stuff. She needs a raise. She’s a keeper. There was another woman that was so good too. Brittany will know who it was. Find out her name she should be recognized too. She was so nice and helped us also. My son was so excited he got an early birthday gift. He got a baby gecko. We got everything needed for the gecko to live healthy. ????❤️
Staff was very friendly and went over and beyond to pick the perfect hamster! My daughter is so excited!
