What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. We went to pet land today and absolutely loved our experience with Sophie! She assisted us while we looked for a puppy and was super knowledgeable about each dog. You can tell she cares about the puppies and wants to help you find the perfect fit for your home! –

  2. I walked in just expecting to look and leave. But I left with the cutest little fur baby that’s the best cuddler ever. Hailey and Israel helped us out and they were so sweet and helpful and explained the process very well. Took their time and didn’t complain that it was taking forever. Definitely recommend this place!

  3. Went in on a Monday evening. They are super friendly and helpful. Hailey was so nice to help us with the puppies. You can hold puppies and love on them. What a super fun evening!!!

  4. NOT A BOT REVIEW
I’ve been twice and it’s been amazing. All the dogs are adorable but the dog pins are more impressive because they are ALWAYS cleaned in-between. me and my friends would look at multiple dogs and they’d move us EVERYTIME with no complaint. The employees are always kind and even have relationships with the dogs, it’s sweet to see. And i haven’t known the dogs to be stinky or the areas unlike other places i’ve seen. I’d recommend adopting from here the only con would be price, but i think these puppies are worth it. And if not able to adopt visiting is always nice to enjoy the puppies and service.

  5. kim black was the lady who helped me. SHE WAS AMAZING!!! so helpful! really made getting my new puppy so much fun! also for my puppy she is amazing! so sweet and so funny!

From a scared little broken-legged kitten, to a loving lap-cat that watches for me in the window… I appreciate Tulsa SPCA for finding room and taking him in when someone found him abandoned & broken, so I could later meet him and adopt him. This place is almost always at capacity, because their facilities are the best for strays and unwanted pets. Being a non-profit, donation-driven pet shelter, I know they can’t take in every animal…. But I’m so thankful that they introduced me to this little guy, because he’s the brightest part of my day now. Thank you Tulsa SPCA (& Bob thanks you too).

I just had my sweet girl Gracie spayed here. The prices are great, the people were very nice, and everything went smoothly for the most part. The drop off was a lot easier than the pick up. There were a lot of people around on the pick up and dogs barking outside across the parking lot. Gracie was really freaked out but to be fair she’s scared of her own shadow when she’s not on pain meds. It was a little stressful getting her to the car because she was trying to run away from all the chaos. Maybe waiting until the end of the pickup window would have been a better option for us considering her general nervousness and dislike for loud noises. I still give this place a 10 out of 10. I’m very thankful for an affordable place that takes good care of our animals.

A great place to go to get vaccinations that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg for your pets. The staff was friendly and very helpful in answering any questions that I may have had. If you cannot afford to take your pet to the vet to get their vaccinations you can always try to take advantage of the Tulsa SPCA’s vaccination clinic. The cost that it cost to have your pet vaccinated at a vets business is cut three times lower than what you would pay there at the vet’s office. So please if you cannot afford to pay what a vet’s office charges for vaccinations only please check out Tulsa SPCA it makes it extremely affordable and your pet is covered. Rabies shots don’t count if you administer it yourself after purchasing at the feed store it must have a vet signature in order for it to count. This is a cheaper way to go about getting it done. Check them out ????

I took my dog to the Bissell foundation spay and neuter clinic. I am a nurse, so I’m pretty educated on first signs of infection, and my dogs incision started to look abnormal to me on post-op day 3. My post-op instructions noted to call them if there are any signs of sickness, redness, swelling, drainage, etc. from the surgical site. It was written, and my understanding, that the surgeon would want to see him for any surgical complications, and to go to his actual vet for any other needs. The next day, I called the two numbers they left me; one for office hours and one for after hours. I called at 8am and again at 10am, leaving a detailed voicemail. The VM states they check them 24 hours a day and will get back to you as soon as possible. I heard nothing back. Yesterday i called at 6am, knowing they weren’t open, but to leave a voicemail since it’s apparently checked often. I called again at 10am and at 1pm. I have never heard anything back. Today I am missing work, no problem with that, to take my dog to his usual vet, to get an answer about this surgery they did not perform, and hopefully it’s not too far into an infection so we can get this taken care of. Yes, it was a free neuter, but you would think they would be more responsive to post-op complications. I won’t post any pictures of his surgical site because it makes even me, a post-op nurse, uneasy. But here is a picture of his sweet self, still in high spirits with cones and shirts of shame. ETA we’ve received staples and abx due to the incision being too open in one area, leaving a space for potential infection. I’m very glad we got this taken care of.

After I had lost my sweet Daisy ( Chiweenie) last year to Cushing disease, I told not just myself, but some friends too that I would never want to another dog in my life. Loosing a dog is so painful, only dog lovers will know what I’m talking about. 3 months without my baby girl, I decided to” look” and see what’s out there for adoption. I went to Humane Society of Tulsa to see a dog, but he had already been adopted. This very sweet employee named Shelby Adams was there and introduced me to a very sweet Chiweenie boy. I loved him. I adopted him and we are bounding very well. If you are looking for adoption, go find this very sweet young lady named Shelby, she’s is a wonderful lady, very sweet and she has all the patience to guide you through the process. Thank you Shelby for everything! This is not a job for just anyone. She loves what she does I can tell. I cried in there just to see those sweet animals in there bagging you to take them home, to give them love. Please consider stopping by and adopting your best friend ever TODAY! Make a difference! I did my part. I’m so happy I did it. ????????♥️

I have not been there, myself have rescued a dog. My niece works at the Tulsa Humane Society. She is seriously committed to helping these animals and to find them good homes.

It was awesome! We rescued a border Collie named Chilie and she is great! We recently got a rotwiler puppy from a breeder and she is great with him, she had puppies before we got him so she treats him just like her own puppy! She is absolutely adorable and we love having her

Went to the dog days of summer event and the people were super helpful in helping us find the right baby to bring home. They were sweet and knowledgeable and cared about the families the pups go home to. Thanks to Lawrence suggesting us a pup, we are now the forever home to the sweet Sundae who is a wonderful addition to our family!
