2 years agoPaid for the most expensive package you can get, this was the results. You can see where their machine cleaned and all the stuff they missed. Prior to entering car wash I asked if it being a Jeep would be okay for their machine. Which the lady attendant stated yes it wouldn’t be issue.Yes I don’t expect it to be spotless since it’s a machine wash but nevertheless they missed over 1/3 of the vehicle. When I complained I was offered a rewash for free, and you guessed it same results. A refund would’ve been nice, but apparently since I went through two times in their eyes that was sufficient.
Moral of the story if you have a truck, Jeep or big SUV don’t go here. I would’ve done a better job at home with a hose, seeing how I can at least get my back windshield and mirrors.
a year agoPaid $18 for a wash that guaranteed tire shine but did not happen. Another thing is, I’m not sure if it’s common with this particular carwash business, the mirrors to help align our wheels to go in is so small that we have to lean forward and squint to get a better view. There’s only one guy pre-washing out front, would prefer 2 persons, each on both sides. And lastly, did not get a really good clean on my truck exterior. Had to wipe whatever spots was missed by hand. I noticed this problem on most of the vehicles that went through that same day I went.5 months agoAngel an employee here always helps me out to dry my car& wheels . He’s the ONLY one who ever does that. Sometimes when I come he’s not here but whenever he is he always takes care of helping me out with that and it’s honestly really nice. More employees like him please !!2 years agoExcellent for the price and the staff is incredible, they won’t charge you more if you’re driving a SUV either. Only thing for me was that the roof of my Jeep Compass did not get completely cleaned and there were streaks on my rear windscreen.10 months agoI pay almost $40 a month for car wash services. The past four months I’ve told them that the first blue scrub cylinder on the right hand side after you enter the wash does NOT even touch car. The Last dryer cylinder on the left hand side doesn’t even touch the car. I’ve told FOUR different staff there but they don’t take any corrective action. I’m going to spread the word about this and I’ll be quitting my membership.

3 months agoGreat car wash ! I have been using this car wash for about 6 months now and am always happy with the outcome! Yesterday Manuel helped me purchase the membership and he was very helpful and professional. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick car wash and don’t mind vacuuming yourself. They have shaded bays to dry your car and vacuum after the wash. The property is always clean!9 months agoA little on the expensive side, but the wash itself seems more thorough than the average service. The powerful vacuums are very effective, matched along with pressurized air to help dry off after the wash.Edit: Yeah, I still bought a subscription.
Update 20Dec2022: The wash won’t clean the back of an SUV, even after informing the staff several times. Considering canceling my subscription because I have to wash the car at home anyways now.
2 months agoGot the $20 wash which includes hot wax, tire polishing, and air freshener (they were out of air freshener). I thought after the wash somebody was going to wax the car and polish the tires. Nope, but okay. During the wash, the wax is in the water, and the polish squirts the tires at the end. When I parked to vacuum, my car had no “wax” to it, and my tires were still blackish brown. That is when I asked the lady working about the polish of the tires. Thankfully a guy working there (said he was the mechanic) helped me out and got some polish and a scrubber and did my tires. Make sure to take a cloth to dry the remaining water off of your car, the dryer doesn’t get all the water. The vacuums had a good suction and the air blower to get the water out of small spaces was a plus. Next time I will just get the cheap deal and take my own wax and polish.2 months agoI am still giving 5 stars because I love this place, but today I actually had my first rude encounter. I first drove up and spoke to an extremely nice man who rang me up. I told him I come from Ventura to wash my car here. We finished ourr business and I waited in the queue to wash my car. It was busy and I was having some trouble lining up my car. I rolled down my window to ask the girl if I was lined up, she then screamed to a coworker walking by while waving her hand who knows which direction “see these people don’t listen, they never listen” and she continues waving her hand and shaking her head laughing. It was rude. To be fair it was busy and they may have had others not lined up correctly so I could have just come at the worst time. I absolutely will be back but hopefully they realize as we are driving by with our windows rolled up, in my case down, we can hear them .5 months agoPaid $18 for the works today. When I went to become and finish drying I noticed the whole tailgate was in washed, as best I could I wiped it down with a damp towel. As I spilled water on the hood it did not bead and there dirty steaks on it. I am totally dissatisfied. I should have saved my money. I have gotten easy better cleaning at s had station than I did here today at a cost below.

44 dollar wash not worth it at all. Chrome dirty vacuum job no good. They rushed it. I get my car wash here regularly but never do the more expensive packages. Usually pay $20 something and should have paid $20 something at the same thing I got today.
Came back here again for the carwash. And perhaps this time i would get a good job on their vacuum and wash. Exterior looks dry and clean but the vacuum this time is poorly done. So i told the guy who gave me the keys that its terrible. And he was glad to a quick re-do. They shouldnt have any lapses and to think that they have increased their rates plus a $2 miscellaneous (dont know whats it for)
Very good place to take the car and have it cleaned there, they did a good work on my car, asked for a complete detail on the car not disappointed, yes I recomend to bring your car here.
So this place is so cool. For $10 I went through the car wash, which at the beginning and end the guys were cleaning the outside of my car. After I pulled into a parking spot where they had vacuum cleaners hanging to use. Fancy (my car’s name) looks gorgeous! As she should ????
Good wash but better when it was 100% hand wash only. The machines do a more rough job than very clean. the difference is in the interior vacuuming and good attention to detail. They discern garbage from valuables well. I enjoy the 20 minute wait outside in the cool Camarillo weather with a coffee and my dog while they take care of my car on Sunday. No one has stolen anything from my car in the 20 years I have been coming here. I recommend a good tip to the workers as they’re the backbone of the place.
