2 months agoPrices here go up every 3 months like clock work. Customer service is on the floor. Vending machines sell expired yogurt a month expired. When asked about a refund for the expired yogurt, instead of deducting it from my truck wash, they wanted me to fill out form for them to get the money back. When I asked how I would get the money back, lady at desk says she doesn’t know. So I guess they keep your money just for fun. I’ve gotten my truck washed at other places for around the same price a lot faster. Line here just to get your truck washed is about an hour wait and another hour to get it washed. Truckers have become so accustomed to bad service and treatment that they don’t even realize how poorly this place is to them. Smh! Such a shame. Here goes pictures of the expired yogurt. I had to call and lose a partial load because when I looked at the truck and trailer and it looked like they just threw water, no acid wash or soap on it, the truck had streaks from using dirty water and they missed a lot of spots and the trailer skirts and corners they missed and much more. Anyways I had to bring it back and they put the same guys, ( who from the beginning looked like they were out of energy or needed lunch.) They tried to make it up, the truck and trailer came out a little better but not happy with the results. For $200 which I was charged, I could of gotten 2 washes in any Beacon Truck Wash and it comes out like if it was just waxed. O.J’s fell off, They use to be good back in the days. I won’t be coming back anymore.a month agoThis was my first time using this washout today (08/14/23). Excellent service. Professional crew. 24 hr operation I believe as well. If you’re coming out of or going into the upper northeast heading westbound and need a washout, trust me you want to come here. Very thankful. There’s a truck stop approx 1/2 away as well.3 months agoDid a sloopy job , and they charged $75 only to find white particles of acid and soap on the trailer floor. If that’s what you do to those food grade trailers, you might be killing people slowly

And one of the employees business crashed into the sign and totaled her car. Cherry topper, by the time the cops arrived the employee had left the scene and gone home as per the manager. Even though when I was on the phone with the manager at that time since my mother called me, I requested him for the employee to stay at the scene. And the manager decided to get loud with me and not tell him how to do his job, then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. So the manager has employees that can’t drive a car into the car wash, manager didn’t keep his employee at the scene of an accident and manager doesn’t have any address or contact information of the employee. But I shouldn’t tell him how to do his job, or maybe he shouldn’t be the manager.

Overall a great service for the value. They do a great job at the vacuum station, the machine wash is great, but where they lack is drying.
I pay about $60 a month for the highest quality unlimited wash. Unfortunately, since the drying team does such a poor job, i always keep a rag to stop a block away to finish drying. I recommend you do the same.
I understand when they are super busy and the line of car goes into the streets, but when it’s like today and there were only 4 cars in total…. Come on… do better drying team.
On top of all this even if they don’t deserve a single dollar more for the service, I almost always tip.

I will never go back again. I went for an oil change, and got the free car wash after (outside only) and once I returned home I noticed a bunch of scratches on the side of my passenger side door that WAS NOT there before.
I went back and filed an incident report, however the manager and other men on site tried to say that those scratches were all there before from car doors/carts hitting into the door…. It absolutely was not like that before this car wash. They tried to make me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about when I KNOW those scratches were not there.
I’m not one to complain or confront but this was terrible. I wish I could add the videos but I can’t.
Purchased the most expensive option to get a good car wash and they did a horrible job. The outside and the carpets were the only things that were cleaned . Def do not recommend this place . Will not be going back .
I will never return and i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This place used to be so much better a few years ago. I got a car wash and it was probably one of the worst car washes I’ve ever gotten. I have a brand new car so it wasn’t that dirty. My car had residue of bird poop still and dirt by the back bumper. There were streaks on the windshield. Also they didn’t vacuum the seats at all. Just the floors and barely even did that. My car was still wet and the inside wipe down was rushed and unfinished. Parts of the interior weren’t even touched. Terrible job. Mind you, they weren’t even busy.
It’s decent but paid too much for it got the most expensive option and still have dirt and etc weren’t done on my car, it’s good but not exactly what I paid for
