Dr. Ralph Davis and the rest of the team at The Joint are literally God sent. I went there as a last resort after weeks of being in pain from my lower back. I was nervous and scared because the thought of someone touching my back after the pain I had been in was almost too much. This was the best decision I have ever made. After the first adjustment, I cried. Not in pain but in sheer relief. The very next day, I could walk normally without feeling like knives were digging into my spine. I slept through the night peacefully for the first time in weeks! Dr. Davis explains everything to you before he does anything to make sure you understand what’s going on, the treatment that’s best for you, and what you will experience during the process. He’s hilarious and patient and I highly, highly, highly recommend him and this place. They don’t greet you and they seems to have an attitude. Took my son today for his first appointment. I was pleased. The wait time was kinda lengthy but they were very busy. My wait time was acknowledged and apologized for. The tour of the facility was nice and everything was explained clearly. I loved that the restroom was equipped with a changing table and diapers. I thought that was thoughtful for moms with babies. Dr. Ben was nice and gentle with my son.
The only flaw I would say is, the intercom that calls you to the room isn’t very loud. I could barely hear it.
My appointment went really well. I was there for an hour and a half doing several different kinds of assessments and getting thorough x-rays. Unfortunately, but fortunately, they will not adjust someone until they have looked at all of the assessment data and the x-rays, so I go back in two days for them to discuss everything they saw and how to move forward and get my first adjustment then. They were extremely thorough. It amazed me that I have not only worked for a chiropractor previously and saw everything that ‘they’ did, and I’ve been a patient at two other chiropractic offices since, yet no one has ever done anything like that before telling me to get up on the table and give me an adjustment. I’m really happy with what all I saw today and have a lot of hope that they are going to be able to help me!
Absolutely the best staff and environment. My husband and I saw Dr. Ben throughout my pregnancy and postpartum experience. Now at 5 months old, my son has been seeing him since he was only 1 week old! There is truly no better way to begin holistically healing your body than Chiropractic care; and there is truly no better Chiropractor in Savannah (in my experience) better than Dr. Ben!
I started going to Bright Life when I found out I was pregnant and have had the best experience! Dr. Brooke and Dr. Haley are so good at what they do. Now that I am postpartum, I can’t wait to bring my little one in for adjustments too!
