  2. I’ve been living near this building since before Hurricane Maria, the streets are calm and kids can run around freely. My grandparents came to visit and stayed here, so I got my first glimpse inside. The condo they stayed in was absolutely stunning, beautiful art works, tons of DVDs, everything was very clean. The little pool was pretty, but the infinity pool’s view was astonishing. I got to see my ocean in a new light.

  3. Nice place. A bit worn but not too terrible. The cushions on the pool loungers need replaced desperately as they are all mildewy and moldy. The loungers actually need to be replaced as well as they are almost all broken. Other than that and there being only one bbq, we have no complaints about the complex. Our condo roof leaks when it rains a lot and creates puddles on the stairs going to the second floor and a little splash pond at the bottom. The AC units inside are so loud I’m going bonkers and it’s the third day of ten. We live in the suburbs of Denver and I’m not used to so much noise. The views are pretty fantastic though and the rooftop terrace is an amazing place to start the day off with yoga or coffee or just losing yourself in the Big Blue for awhile. We hope to actually be able to watch a sunset at least once but I guess that’s up to The Big Guy. Being able to see what’s going on down at Crash Boat Beach is pretty cool. I assume each individual unit’s condition is different based on the owners economic input after Maria, who apparently took all trash recepticals on the island with her when she left. 😉

    Our Airbnb host in Manati cancelled our reservation a few days before our trip so we felt very blessed to find a great place on VRBO 4 days before we needed it and we didn’t have to change our airline reservations or cancel our trip altogether. Did you know that Airbnb hosts can cancel your reservation if they get a better offer? AND they can keep your money. Like, $1000 of your money! Renter beware, Airbnb prides themselves on protecting their hosts and they tell you that outright when you are trying to get their help. Holding out for karma for Carlos the Airbnb superhost and those that gave him a title to rip good people off.

  5. Very nice area with a great pool with a view. We stayed in a nice 3 bedroom duplex with an awesome balcony.

    The buildings here are older, worn and not taken care of properly. There is a pool but no chairs, tables or umbrellas! And there were not any in the condo we rented so basically it is a waste. Definitely would not recommend young children to go to this pool – it’s 6 feet deep at one end but there are NO MARKINGS!!! Very Dangerous! The washing machine was broken – it did not do a final rinse so we had ring out our clothes and bring them to a local laundromat! Not what I want to do on any vacation! We would NOT stay in these condos again but will definitely be back to stay in the area.

    Perfect for a family of 4 if you want to be close to the beach for a great price. Staff is attentive and very friendly, place was nicely decorated and clean. Pool area could use some maintenance but with the beach so close by it wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely come back.

    Best AirBNB Ever! It was my first time doing airbnb with my family but def would do it again. The apartment was very clean, beach like, and spacious. They also had a pool. The host was super nice and had the apartment equipped with accommodations. Beach is like a 2 min walk. Can’t wait to go back.
