The staff here are incredible and very helpful when we are in need. Activities are plentiful to everyone’s needs. The indoor pool is a definite plus especially being salt water and able to use year round. The second floor community room is wonderful because of pool table and I have a friend that comes here on the regular that plays as well. Having a therapy group within our community is a wonderful bonus to help us with or goals and strengths. Beautiful views of the marina, beach is minutes away, food is excellent, staff goes above and beyond to accommodate your every need. In house Physical Therapy staff are amazing and can plan and be with you every step of the way to assist you with regaining your strength and mobility. The indoor salt water pool and workout room are a nice feature to add to your healthy living lifestyle. - Reviews:I went there to visit my cousin as I do every few months. Every time I go for a visit my cousin looks like she hasn’t had a shower in a month. Her hair is always filthy and clothes have food on them. During the past two visits she was still in bed even though my visits were late morning and early afternoon visits. Her room spells of urine. I think our elderly deserve more respect than leaving them lying in a bed in their own filth. On a positive note, they had a nice man singing with a karaoke machine in which the attending residents seemed to love.By Thea S. There have been a few hiccups, but I’ve always been able to express concerns honestly with the director and staff. My husband has wonderful care givers, kind and professional, often going above and beyond. Dana and Jessica, program directors, do everything they can to keep life upbeat for the residents. Torey, maintenance supervisor, is always willing to help. Junior, the chef, prepares delicious meals and knows what residents like. Just don’t know her name. But I do like going there to see Dr. Broadfield and will continue to see him. A few of your staff aren’t the best. They like to sit or stand in the dinning hall and talk among themselves while ignoring someone who has a simple question. If they don’t want to be bothered then they shouldn’t be working there. Lovely, quiet apartment with nice facilities. I like the workout room and sitting by the pool. The clubhouse is beautiful and we rent it a couple of times a year to have my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren gathered for family celebrations. The clubhouse’s full kitchen, TVs and pool table provide something to keep everyone occupied.
Building is fairly new, but maintenance requests are handled promptly. The office staff is polite and professional.
Social events with other residents in include pot luck dinners, game nights and trips.
Convenient to area shopping with some close enough to walk to.

Don’t be fooled by the shiny new building. The building is not well constructed and there is absolutely no soundproofing between apartments. If you like living in close quarters and need to know what time your upstairs neighbor gets up in the morning, if they flush the toilet and if they wash their hands afterwards, then this is the place for you. Do you like being able to hear every foot stomp your very loud and rude neighbors make as you are able to track them around their apartment each day? Don’t care to relax in your ‘luxury’ apartment on a Sunday afternoon because you’d rather be subjected to the sound of grandchildren running around and body slamming each other against your ceiling for 6 hours straight? Then 900 Acqua is the place for you! And no worries, the office will do nothing about the noise thus ruining your fun. They will tell you upfront that they NEVER have any noise complaints, that’s it’s a quiet building, and that there are tenants living directly over the office and they NEVER hear them, but it’s a sham. If you love and thrive on noise and the sounds of elephants walking instead of peaceful relaxation, move to 900 Acqua! Seriously, they’ll tell you whatever they need to so that you’ll sign the lease. BEWARE!
And the parking? Each spot is assigned to a resident and there are only 3 spots to accommodate guests for the entire building. So, don’t like being bothered by visitors and guests? Then this is the place for you. You can just tell them they can’t come over because there is absolutely no place for them to park!
I moved to 900 Acqua apartments in 2012(the same year that it opened). My husband was very ill at that time and I wanted to be close to him at Beth Shalom).
The office staff (Holly and Tracy) were very supportive and helpful to me. All of my concerns were promptly addressed. I can never thank them enough, thanks again Holley and Tracy.
The activities here are fantastic. We participate in line dancing; playing our favorite card games (Bid Whisk is my favorite), have wine and cheese socials, birthday parties, “dress-up parties, pool parties bus tours, etc.
And I am very excited to mention that we are all going on our very first cruise together in 2016.
If you are looking for a luxury apartment community with large spacious room, a gym facility, billiards room and outdoor pool come join us active and friendly seniors here at 900 Acqua Apartments.
