- Reviews:They have some of the coolest aquarium accessories, that I would also use in my bearded dragon tanks. The people are super nice. When you walk in the door, you are greeted by the cutest puppies. I don’t even want a dog, but I always leave wishing I had bought a puppy. They take great care of their animals, and the staff are very knowledgeable. They showed me some cool ways to spruce up my dragons tank to give him some more enrichment. They also had a good selection of fish, lizards, snakes and birds! I specifically went to look at water dragons and the staff was super nice and helpful. Will go back again in the future!By Ash U (11 months ago)Stunningly clean and well stocked store! All, and I mean actually all, the cages and fish tanks and habitats were pristine. Animals were housed in large habitats with lots of enrichment items and many were for sale with their enclosures. The store is run almost entirely by women. They have purebred and rescue puppies and kittens, friendly pet rats, reptiles, amphibians, chinchillas, and on and on. They also have a kinkajou and some busy prairie dogs on display only. - Reviews:Come to Petco instead of PetSmart! They are extremly rude and snarky at PetSmart but everybody at Petco is so kind! I bought a fish from here and the next day I was walking around the avenue and the person who got him out for me waved through the window 🙂 (BTW, that fish is still alive and thriving 2 months later.) We have gotten our dogs groomed here twice and they stayed smelling good for a month! Both of our dogs are seniors and they have never gotten injured or looked like they were in pain coming back to us. Petco is the place to go. (I didn’t get those ferrets but I thought they would be cute to add haha)By Monica Lieske (6 months ago)I took my Goldendoodle in to be groomed, because her regular groomer was booked. she needed to be groomed. When I got her back she has hair that is longer than the rest of her. they didn’t trim her muzzle or her beard. they left the hair on her paws long. the hair behind her ear is matted and I asked for it to all be cut off. I’m pretty sure she did not receive a bath nor were her nails cut. very disappointed paying $100. these pictures do not even give this justice.By Crystal Whitfield (3 months ago)Did a walk in to get my dog’s nails done. Grooming greeter (and I’m sorry I can’t remember her name now) was excellent in processing us in. She was then the one to do the nail trimming. She was so patient with our dog and so caring, talking to her and petting her. While she was doing that, we watched several other dogs getting groomed. Each of the groomers were also so very caring with their dogs. One groomer after finishing, got down and hugged her dog’s neck and gave her a kiss. I loved the place for the short time we were there. It’s very common to see a severely ill bird whenever I visit. The management does their best to try to get vet care, but corporate doesn’t allow it. Ashley is an amazing trainer. She has been so patient with my dog and has made a world of difference in my day to day life as a dog owner. She checks in on us, offers advice, and tailors her teaching practice to each dog’s needs. 10/10 recommend!
Frequent flyer of the Pet Smart. There is always an employee on duty that can help with whatever question you may have. The advice I have received from this place is beyond description. I had a wonderful time adopting two baby beardies- separate time frames- and they were extremely helpful. The employees here are always super nice and helpful. I’m sure sometimes they get tired of seeing me but they’re the ones that make the experience worth while.
I bought my girls some fish from PetSmart.The staff was really helpful on what kind of fish I should get for the size tank that I have. I bought two Dalmatian Lyretail Mollies and two Gold Panda Lyretail Mollies.
Great experience, found everything looking for and at lower prices! Our dogs absolutely love their new beds!
Pet smart always has things that not many other pet stores carry, which I love. The prices are way better than Pet Sense. I only gave four stars because the cashier was less than pleasant when I went to make a return.
