2 months agoI didn’t get any of the extras just the $16 I think it’s the deluxe wash. Did a great job the car was really clean and the added bonus at the end of the wash their were two or three guys toweling off the whole car. I didn’t know at the time that their would be manual labor drying the car if I did I would have been sure to bring some cash to give to them they did a smashing job and I must say very courteous and professional.FYi if you use the vending machine or the vacuum your debit card will be charged $10 regardless if you only got a 5 minute vacuum use. It takes a few days but eventually the $10 charge will drop off and you will be charged the correct amount . This was surprising for me and new don’t really understand why it has to charge $10 for the initial charge instead of the correct amount. But this place is nice and I would recommend
2 months agoI don’t normally make comments but I have to do this one. This is the worse car wash I have been to. Plus the machine charge my account $10.00 to use their vacuum. When it should be just $2.00. There is no rags available to use. The air in the vacuum don’t work properly. Will never recommend this car wash facility to anyone.5 months agoI’m not a big fan of car washes but this was the first time I used Herbies car wash. My 3 concerns going into this was that my front windshield and rear windshield and the back hatch would not get cleaned. Upon entering the 2 gentleman completely soaped down the entire car and then proceeded to sponge the front and back windshield and the hatch of my Mazda 5. I got the best package and I was not disappointed the 3 areas of concern were clean and the car looked great. Best car wash in the South Shore.5 months agoThe guy couldn’t understand what I was asking. Other than that small issue, it was an excellent wash service. They were kind and quick. Services range from 16-30. I did the 23$ service. Only wish they would have pressure washed more dirt off before they started scrubbing by hand.

I paid for “the works” package. The wash did a great job on the upper part of our car but left the bottom passenger side and wheel wells filthy. The passenger door side panel was covered in dirt and the wheel wells muddy as well.
There’s no parking on site to stop and look at the outside of your car after the wash so I couldn’t stop and spit check the cleaning until parking at the nearby Stop and Shop. When I returned to the wash, they had closed for the day (6:02pm on a Sunday).
Anthony was very professional, courteous, and the crew that worked on my interior was equally as professional. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood and I can’t state enough how rare that is to see these days. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Regarding the car wash:
1. It definitely cleans the dirt and grim.
2. The rolling mittens ( the red one) sometimes hit the car hard – so much so that my rear view mirror is pulled outward.
This happens only sometimes, so I believe if the person aligning the car into the conveyor belt positions the car cautiously, this wouldn’t happen.
3. Some dried droppings are not cleaned. You can come back again and show them. They’ll apply a liquid before letting you into the conveyor belt again, which helps get rid of those better.
I really wanted to like this place because it was recommended multiple times by my neighbors. I paid $45 for the highest level car wash and basic interior cleaning. Interior was fine since I just got the basic, but after the wash I noticed there are dozen of tiny tar-like black specks on my car hood. It was specifically on the hood with a few on the side doors. It’s very sticky and difficult to remove, didn’t seem like dirt bugs or pollen. Not sure what happened but I hope the team can address this 🙁
Well this is what you get for 39 interior plus! I come here all the time, but yesterday really disappointed! I paid total 49$ for what ? I wonder they didn’t even clean the floor mat, and just see the picture!
