- Reviews:We adopted “Miko” about 7 years ago from you guys in Newport Beach. Such a sweet and vocal little thing. Thank you Natcat!!????By Brixter61 (2 months ago)I love Nat Cat! They do so much for all of their cats and they’re so knowledgeable!By Michelle Van Dever (4 weeks ago)I found the perfect cat and now my family and i are truly grateful with this place. These people do an amazing job. All the cats look happy and ready to get adopted! But definitely they helped me to get the perfect one. Its been a week since we met Harry, our beautiful blessing, and we make sure everyday he feels sure to being in his forever home❤️By Nancy Ramirez (3 weeks ago)I cannot say enough about this facility and its employees. They helped me with an abandoned litter of newborn kittens when multiple organizations wouldn’t even return my call. They gave advice on how to take care of the kittens and keep them alive, they helped me find a foster and were so happy and helpful through the whole process. Seeing the santuary they have for senior cats is impressive and heartwarming. The whole experience makes me want to support their programs financially and possibly even foster myself. A great group of people who care about animals like I do. JENNY!! you’re amazing, thank you so much! She went above and beyond for me and the kittens. If you want to donate to a good cause, this is one of them. 🙂 Please have your cats spayed and neutered!!By Dawn M (a year ago)This place is amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly. You could tell that the people working there genuinely love cats and take good care of them. Each cat that resides here gets a medical check up 1x per week and they make sure that all of their shots are updated. The place is clean and well kept. All the cats there seem to be happy and at peace in their environment. I love the fact that the staff is patient and allows you to take your time when deciding which cat you would like to adopt. I’m so glad we decided to adopt from this place. Seems to have a good cause and intension of helping animals. Highly recommend if you are a person that is looking to adopt and not shop for a cat. ????By Ariel 437 (4 years ago)

- Reviews:This place is a mess. The lady with the dark hair at the door was so rude to me. I would recommend going to another place. If the keepers are this unfriendly, there’s no telling what condition the poor dogs are in.By Magda Deen (2 months ago)Absolutely the worst front receptionist and unresponsive to families trying to adopt – blatantly rude, completed all the necessary online information, receptionist stood chatting to peer with back to prospective families. Verbally abusive to prospect families. Rather than promote an environment that is conducive to adopting an animal, enjoys the power of demeaning prospective animal owners. Very sad.By Mary Delahanty (7 months ago)Customer service was great here. I ended up adopting my baby, THENA. The adoption process was quick and swift. I will say, however, when you are thinking of getting a rescue here it’s important to consider a couple things. Ask as many questions as you possibly can. I was told she was friendly with people. About a week and a half in, she was aggressive with males. It would have been really helpful to know the intensity of her aggression. I was able to hire a trainer and slowly get her integrated but that’s not the case for everyone. Just take a lot into consideration before adopting and ask your questions.By Jazmin Margalef (9 months ago)Receptionist is SO rude. Called in to ask a few questions since they are called the ORANGE COUNTY humane society, only to but cut off and told they ONLY service Garden Grove. I could barely even ask anything else when she kept cutting me off. If you’re not going to service Orange county, then dont call yourselves the “Orange County” humane society. DECEPTIVE. Saying its “privately” owned doesnt make any difference.By Denise Betancourt (a month ago)How are you going to have all these rules for adoptions & high adoption fees when your website doesn’t even work properly??? No one answers the phone. Now reading these reviews…definitely feeling very sad for the animals at this shelter.By Jazmin Havener (a month ago)

I absolutely adore this place. The staff is so friendly and of course, the kitties are just precious. It is a wonderful place to go and hang out with kitties as well as to adopt because you get to meet so many of them and connect with one! They also have many varieties, so you are sure to find one and the staffs are all very helpful and really care about their cats!! I do have to say, the only downside is that it can get very crowded at times, which can be overwhelming for some.
What a blast. Very clean and organized. Admission fee is a bit steep. The staff was super friendly and they had lots of tips and tricks to interacting with the cats. My five year old daughter had a BALL. The kittens were the best part. Easy to find and decent parking. We’ll be back!
This is such a wonderful place! There are so many cute cats and the majority of them are very friendly. The staff is very kind and the whole place is very relaxed. It is pretty clean inside though there is a bit of a smell when you first walk in. I’ve been here twice now and have had the most amazing time hanging out with cats!
I had a good time hanging out with all the kitties! These women are doing good work taking in these lost little souls! The cats are very social & they’re such loves! My son & I stopped in one day to check it out. We ended up staying 2 & a half hours. There is a charge to get in, but it goes to support the cats! There was regular cleaning, to maintain the kitties healt being done while we were there. I have 3 cats of my own & I will say that when one comes down with a cold they usually all get it. Cats get sick & it can spread quickly, the staff seems to try to keep that to a minimum. I commend them for saving these cats from the shelter where they are mostly caged, & they get sick there too (very bad past experience).
Great non profit rescue for cats. Owner Karen and Jane are amazing, the work they do for the cats and to keep the place floating relying 100% on donation is baffling. $20 to visit and pet cats, but worth every penny since you can stay there for essentially from opening to closing.
