They worked me in for unexpected water leak in my garage and under house while I was remodeling laundry room. He reviewed the garage and laundry room as well as ice maker line. He reviewed my crawl space photos and video. He came the same day I called for help. He accurately told me he thought my 23 yo boiler valves from washer that had been shut off so I could install new floor was the source, and essentially told me how to fix them. After some new valves and hoses, no clear leaks with water back on. Very fair charge for the reviews and recommendations. Exceptional job all around at this point. R. Wanted to excavate a 4’ deep trench to replace 10’ section of drain. Quoted nearly $5K for job. 2 emails and 1 phone call later failed to provide itemized breakdown of estimate. Morning of job the owner called. Said he didn’t check his emails and was told this morning I had called. When asked to explain cost he didn’t even know their own hourly rate or even the cost of their own tractor. Said price based on past jobs. Told him I couldn’t do business with him. Hired another company. They used a rotating cutting blade. Easily cut through one spot and continued a total of 100’ to road. Cost of $189.50 (vs. nearly $5K).By Dean McBride (a month ago)

From first contact they were professional and kept us in the loop. Our technicians name was Andrew and he was the most professional trades person I’ve ever met. He took his time to explain everything, kept his entire crew focused and on task. His work and the work of the entire crew was great. Big job replacing all the cast iron plumbing, completed in a day. No short cuts and they made referrals to other trades we needed. The crew was great but Andrew was a ‘rock star’. Recommend and will use again if needed.
Would not use this company again
apart from being over price ,two inspection they did not do job right call for them to fix it the problems but they would not and what needed fixing is something, that any gas or plumbing company should know and they use a lot of unprofessional people to work and to fix things. Always get a second opinion when using Mr.Rooter they still have not painted my pipe yet and cause it to rush and they said they did their job but they did not paint gas pipe outside which needed to be painted gray. Has to hire someone else to finish the job they should have done. Give one star to the three nice people I spoke to and was nice.
The guys were awesome. I didn’t meet them in person but they handled the job just like I was there. I called several other companies but they were not able to get to me for several days. I called these guys and they said we will be there tomorrow. Well the next day they were here, the problem was diagnosed and fixed the same day. They were awesome and I would recommend them to anyone. I’m not looking for anything to happen but if it does, I will be calling Mr. Rooter
The service professional got the toilet unclogged and flushing within about 5 minutes upon arrival. He stayed checking to be sure that it wasn’t going to fail and clog again. He showed me a new way to make sure the waste passes through the toilet
Booked for my mom. Technician was able to come out earlier than expected, which was great. Excellent work and very friendly. Much cheaper than I had anticipated. I would definitely recommend!
