He examined the old faucet to see if it could be fixed but it couldn’t so he installed the new faucet that I had purchased. The whole installation process took 5 to 10 minutes, including fixing a clogged drain, and the new faucet is working perfectly. We could not be more pleased with the service and would strongly recommend Tony’s Plumbing Service to anyone. My air conditioner failed when the temperature was 112 degrees. I called a few HVAC businesses in town, but De Hart was the only one that responded quickly. They were total professionals from start to finish. I would recommend De Hart to anyone looking for an excellent HVAC installation.
DeHart has been excellent from start to finish. Our AC went out last summer during a he heat. They we quick to come out and provide an estimate and installation date. Their pricing was excellent and there was no high pressure sales pitch.
Installation date came and they were here at 7:00 am ready to install. They were clean and neat, picking up when they left as if they were never there.
The system has worked flawlessly!!
Wonderful service provided. Richard was intelligent and gave a knowledgeable explanation of planned services, possible costs and the company’s membership program. Phil and Brian came out and installed a new water line and box for our fridge. They were timely, friendly and did excellent work. I had DeHarts come out to do preventative maintenance on my AC unit, for which I paid $80 or $90. The only thing the technician, i mean salesman did was remove the cover to things like the evaporative coil and condenser to look at them. He did zero maintenance. Then he proceeded to tell me how terrible my system was and about its eminent failure. But for $20,000, TODAY, we could prevent that. You see they have done the maintenance on my system since day one so if it’s so bad off that reflects on them. He ask me 37 times if I was purchasing it today. I said no each time. He asked me 27 times if I was financing it, today. I said no each time. At one point the salesman had to ask where the filter was at, he didn’t even know. I have a picture of the filter left in my system, you decide if he did maintenance! So he can ask 64 times about me purchasing a new system but doesn’t have time to check the filter. DeHarts I want my money back! Every penny of it for a service that was not done. I’m not paying your salesmans salary to hard sell me a new system. People, go elsewhere. DeHarts used to be reputable, but ARE NOT anymore.
