What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. But flowers my granddaughter here they were beautiful beautiful flowers got a dozen red roses in a beautiful vase all done up with the pretty baby’s breath and everything no delivery fee I’m boost customer so I pay you know my monthly charge of $12 I get my food and every groceries delivered to me for free within a half an hour and like I said I can order flowers cost $50 less than anywhere else you would buy them and like I said always get my grocery items within 30 minutes it’s a wonderful thing to have

  2. You should staff your pickup better. This is the third time my order that i placed WELL in advance was delayed multiple times and tonight was outright cancelled. I didnt even know about it being cancelled until I physically went there and the poor staff member came out empty handed. I also dont appreciate the wasted gas with how prices are having to come back TWICE today with nothing to show for it. Do better

  3. I am extremely unhappy with my click list experience today. Derek brought out my order and there was a price difference of $10 as a result of a coupon I had that was active Saturday 7/1 for $10 off but I picked up my order Sunday morning based on time slots available. I was charged Saturday and my total was $105 but on Sunday 7/2 it was $116. The clear difference was the $10 coupon and I asked for it to be adjusted (other Kroger stores have done this no problem) but Derek wanted to argue about it and imply it was $10 higher because of onions. I asked for the Manager and Loretta came out and also was treating me as if I was lying about the coupon. This is not a way to be a customer advocate and if the system does this “all the time” like Loretta said then the store should be an advocate for customers and feedback should be given to corporate to fix this issue or make the check out more explicit about how the coupons on the order the total will be extremely different. When you pick up a click list order be ready to defend yourself if your total is wildly different then quoted. There are many grocery stores in Columbus, what sets them apart is the customer experience and this Kroger did not do a good job today.

  4. Everytime I shop here…boxes all over the floor (tripping hazard for your customers). There are never enough cashiers…self checkouts constantly have bagging errors which require an associate to clear it.usually takes them 5 minutes to realize you need help cause they are too busy standing there talking to other associates…very inconvenient…if you want your customers to do a cashiers job don’t have the register call out so many bagging errors. Grocery stores have changed for the worst after the plandemic…Go back to the old ways when it worked.

  5. This location has gone so down hill over the years. I’ve been a loyal Kroger shopper for decades. Tens of thousands of dollars spent between the Broad and Norton location and Galloway I’m sure. No more. I’m even going to change my pharmacy.
