However, it got to the point where no one came up to me to help and I couldn’t find anyone to assist me. Time was going by. When I finally approached a young man who looked available, he was only a little helpful. The selection was better here than in other stores but still not a huge selection to choose from. His vehicle was way to small. He purchased what he was looking for and we dropped it off. Cashier was very helpful and the area within the store was clean and well thought out to make flow of traffic easy and direct. Not alley ways (aisles) of goods. Great location for computers, gaming, accessories and various electronics and devices. I went there looking for thermal paste. The employee was very helpful and the price was good. Store is clean and organized. Some of the prices for games and consoles are higher than Walmart or online. I placed an online order for for a TV and drove an hour to go pick it up… Upon arrival, I was informed that the order was cancelled, because they didn’t have the TV in stock. Low and behold… they have one, but I’d have to reorder it online. No problem . The store doesn’t accept online orders for same day pick up after 6pm! Well “F” me! Did an order pickup for an LG microwave here. Normally don’t go to this one since it’s further than my home store but it was in stock here. Had to wait a bit until the pickup was ready despite having put in the order hours earlier. Not a big deal though. Rest of the store is pretty good.
I ordered a laptop online with the purpose of “grab and go” so I wouldn’t be in the store long. I went to pick it up at the customer service desk and they hand me a box with a gash through the top! I tell them I don’t feel comfortable accepting this because I don’t know what damage was done to the laptop. Opening up the box, it’s clear whatever hit the box, also struck the laptop because the hole is right where there is NO protective padding. They keep insuring me “it’s probably fine”. I’m buying a $1000 laptop that has been possibly damaged, not acceptable. 20-minute wait at the computer counter to try to get one that hasn’t been damaged and that guy is also trying to sell me on “it’s probably fine”. Only after holding my ground (and ONE HOUR later) did I finally get an undamaged unit. This laptop should have never been shown or picked for a customer. Mark it as a “scratch and dent”, cut your losses, and move on.
excellent selection of high end electronics. Large variety of HD smart TVs at a decent price.
Recently priced kitchen appliances and Sandy home equipment. Overall a viable option for any tech or technology related shopping.
Only negative comment I can make is some of the employees were rather rude and seemed interested and unbothered by the needs of customers
It had a super easy pick up and check out. The employees were super nice and friendly. The store was very clean. The store was very organized. The shelves were full of products. I was able to get everything I need. The deals were good. Prices are always great and better then the other stores. I enjoy shopping at this location.
Bb always goes above and beyond. Had to do a return with some personal circumstances that created some challenge on their side. It was a situation they didn’t have to help me but they did anyway! I can’t say how much I appreciate them. Also, I suffer with mobility issues and walk with a cane. The gentlemen who did my return/exchange went back and got my item for me as he could see me struggling and wanted to help. He also did not have to do that! This place is full of wonderful workers who go above and beyond for their customer! I love shopping here and will continue to. Also worth mentioning that their insurance policies are totally worth buying. They’ve always granted them for me.
